Brian made a living playing the villain, and so that the only roll he knows….plus, I think part of him really likes that his son is winning in the industry that he feels rejected him…so he tries to inject his rebel/outsider attitude/image into his sons success (by comments like this, and by the way he is mentoring his son) as a way of sticking it to the establishment.

Nope they are doing the opposite. I don’t agree with how they are running their program but it’s working with the younger crowd. So anytime there name is brought up again good or bad it’s a win for them with the majority of their crowd. (The Deegans.) I don’t get the “kids” now a days but it’s wild how it works and how big Deegan already is. Don’t love it but it’s working for them so who am I to hate.
