No replay of Deegan takedown

Guess Hunter Yoder in the pits was more important than the battle for the lead.

They showed it as the pass of the race, just not immediately.

They don’t wanna get all the crybabies too riled up. You know some people are flipping out after that one 💀

Max is such a class act by the way. That’s how you handle that. Give it back to him some Max!

There was, it was the “moment of the race” highlighted before the podium interviews.

Just a guess without ALL of the context but certainly some

Bobby loves pitting riders against one another and has done so intentionally (jmart and coop) in the past

Last year Bobby gave Max some crap talk phone call that really set max off on the podium

Bobby let’s deegan train seperately from the rest of the team.  I believe he’s the only dude doing so and is Bobby’s golden goose.

Max is a very level headed guy on the best 250 team but probably wants to avoid losing his ride AND steer clear from the drama of Diaper Deegan.

Max had to go back to the truck and put some ice on his tongue to stop the swelling he bit it so hard during that interview 😏

The replay angle they showed during Max’s interview made it look like a very clear intentional takeout

Yeah but most riders need to understand that that’s how deegan rides and doesn’t care about anyone else.

Here is what is so funny.  We have had this exact discussion before….many times.  I can’t remember who deegan took out with the exact same move, and don’t care enough to look back.  I just think it is humorous that people try to argue he didn’t do it on purpose.  He is in 100% control of his bike right there and he 100% did do it on purpose.  Now….you are either okay with that kind of racing, on a teammate, or not.  …but to argue it wasn’t an intentional takeout leads me to believe you have never thrown a leg over a dirt bike much less ever raced.  If you watch deegan ride…just about every lap from qualifying to the main he is either roosting, cross jumping, running it in, or something else.  It’s who he is and how he rides.  You are either okay with it, or not.  Trying to say it wasn’t intentional just makes you look like a gargling idiot.

Agree it was intentional.  What is weird as why he continues to do it when he has proven that he is faster than all the other 250 guys.  He has the skill to do a block pass without putting the other rider on the ground - and he should do that - especially on a teammate in the second race of the year.

He needs to be careful as someone might retaliate and ruin his 450 debut this summer.

Y'all wouldn't take a shot at a competitor for half a million dollars? There's probably some of you that would way worse for a lot less...

I'm okay with knocking someone down, everyone was okay and Max can do it to Deegan next week. I don't like torpedoing people, but back wheel to front wheel in the middle of a corner is okay. Max should guard the inside next time and force Deegan to go around the outside...

That’s the part I don’t understand about Deeg’s. He could have literally just held a lower line, let Max ride the high line with no incidents and still passed him and left. He was that much faster. I think it’s just who he is.

If he did that, he doesn't have a chance at walking away with the red plate. He came in to round 2 down 7 points but left up 1. Not saying this makes it any better, just saying I think that's what he is thinking.

playing like this, does him no favors...this is why guys 10th in the standings with no shot at the title will clean him out when hes battling for a championship.

Objectively it wasn’t, but it’s death by a thousand papercuts with that kid. Each take out in and of itself is probably easily explained. But you start adding them up and you have a pattern of it. This is coming from a deegan fan haha

This is giving haiden too much credit imo.  I don’t think he is smart enough to be thinking that right there mid race….like Webb is for example….and I don’t think he does anything different even if that is not the situation.  jmo.

How many star racing yamahas has thy cringe lord taken out now?? (Smith, davies, aarp anstie??) ... I know star encourages him, but I would think yamaha doesn't condone crashing your teammate when they are footing the bill???

Wasn't it last year, or the year before, Bobby told Max something, and pissed him off, then he won the main event and told him to shove it during the interview? Max might ride better angry... Maybe Deegan just woke up a sleeping bear... One can hope, for entertainment purposes 😁

Lot of boos for Haiden after that race.

It’s funny/interesting hearing it in person. I was there too and there was heavy booing and then it’s like the pro-Deegans cheered to offset the boo’s. It such a split fan base lol. What a great night of racing last night.
