Coldenhoff will not run a full MXGP year in 2026.
Outdoors or Brasil coming up?
It's posting things like this Vlaanderen image that prevents Gate Drop from being respected more by the industry.
Vlaanderen agrees 😄
Well i must say i like gatedrop a lot better compared to most other news sites. Gatedrop has a bunch of interviews weekly and brings expected news. Most other mx sites have become press release websites. I mean what happened to mxvice? Thats just pr after pr and no original content

I think it is almost odds on that the Ben Watson announcement for 2026 will come on press day of the UK Motorcycle Show at the NEC , week after next. He has finally officially acknowledged that his deal with MRT Beta is over, so its just a case of waiting.
The Herlings and Gajser announcements seem almost pointless at this stage LOL.
And i agree, the Vlaanderen photoshop thing is just BS. Just No.
I'm not disagreeing with you. They create a lot of original content but then decide it's a good idea to post something like this. Calvin's head on Guadagnini's body!
They were bought by Motocrossplanet and they have been doing just that for a few decades now. A real shame
Gatedrop is BY FAR the best internationale website for Motocross.
Not only Crtl-C , Ctrl-V results but also backgrouds stories and attention for riders outside the top ten!
Also for EMX65 > EMX250, ADAC, Spain, Italian, USA and much more!
But not only complain about the media, also the riders have to learn how to work with the media instead of seeing them as a rival
Adamo to MXGP with Red Bull KTM.
Yeah, no, for sure.
Mxvice is just Luongo's propaganda site. Avoid.
MXVICE = Motocrossplanet which is more a platform for advertorials and has absolutely nothing to do with journalism.
He confirmed that he will
Mxvice was never the same after Lewis left. Cult moto is very good for interviews and other content too, I mainly use them and gatedrop nowadays
Max Werner riding on a Triumph at Stuttgart SX this weekend too, any ideas on which team anyone?
He’s on Doerr triumph. Same team as max nagl

Lynn Valk signs for DVS TM junior racing for 2026
Triumph Factory Racing have announced an open evening at the Factory in Hinckley UK on 3rd December, which will feature WSS , BSS , BEC and MXGB teams, which will likely confirm the team members for all of them , in one place. I was expecting Ben Watson's announcement to come at the NEC show, but maybe it will be here instead.
Will attend if i am not away that week.
KL racing, Team of Magnus Smith who did full mx2 season quits due to financial reasons according to mxvice
Any truth to this Lewis??
False rumour. Heard the site is for sale for 9 million pounds.
It's all a bit strange. VMXdN moves to Hawkstone and now the site is for sale.
Strange? Perhaps the VMXdN moved because the site is for sale
The cultures in those countries don’t appreciate racing. They buy mopeds as a form of transportation. The entertainment and competitive aspect of it they don’t care much for. The only reason it “works” is because it works for lungo.
Its been for sale since the middle of the year.
VMXdN move may have been to offset the risk of being without a venue, but as i see it , Farleigh is one era , and Foxhill is another, and Hawkstone is a Farleigh era track, so the people who go giddy about Foxhills, may never have seen a GP at Hawkstone.
Foxhills is great for the event IMO, but the Sidecar GP ripped a lot of it up, with track changes and the like, and it looked awful, with pretty much 4 months of no rain. There is still a good atmosphere in the valley, which is what makes it what it is, if the GP is there, it will be interesting to see how much of the space gets eaten up by VIP , and how much the plebs will get left with, especially with the massive MXGP boards everywhere.
Will hopefully chat to people on saturday and find out a bit more, but Vets to Hawkstone is a done deal, whether it will tick the boxes for riders like Foxhills did, will remain to be seen, but i dont think the racing will be as good as Foxhills.
Big challenge for Toendel: stay injury free all SX season long to perform during the great outdoors...
Wow, doing indoors and outdoors? He had some pretty good showings last year. Any news on Coldenhoff. Would like to see him land over here as well.
