No hate coms, Keefdiddy says he's moving to Georgia. What do you predict will be his likes and dislikes about the new location?
I don't think he's going to like all the no name people throwing down heaters at the local practice tracks, but I think overall he's going to be full of peace and love living on Peachtree Rd.
What will Keefer think of Georgia?

He has had a house in Georgia for around 6 months. He says he loves the slower pace but misses the high dez and his buddies. Still has his house in the dez, but I believe they have discussed moving permanently east.
How’s the weather out there? Are there a lot of hurricanes and crazy crap like that?
He's been there for almost two years t this point, he was out there last year as a trial so he must like it
Not in central Georgia. Hell, not in south Georgia for that matter. Hurricanes are mostly a coastal issue in the South and they dissipate pretty quickly by the time they're 75 miles inland. We're used to them and until the media started hyping them due to "climate change" no one even made a run on toilet paper until they saw a Cat 4 or 5 coming.

holy cow.
guess you didn't watch the news much last September
Keefer will live where Heather lives.
So perhaps the better question is:
“Will Heather Keefer like living in Georgia?”
Its not the heat. Its the humidity.
Yep, I watched them. They were massive storms...but they were not the normal hurricanes that we get throughout hurricane season AND they didn't affect central Georgia, which was the original question.
The damage in the Carolinas was flooding because weather conditions caused the storms to stall in the perfect location to cause massive flooding. I've lived in hurricane territory for 65 years. Seen all the big ones...Camille, Andrew, Hugo, Michael, Kate...and a bunch that turned out to be thunderstorms. Almost always, the damage is confined to a relatively small area, but unfortunately sometimes conditions conspire to make them worse. Can't be afraid of the weather if you live in the South. Just have to be prepared and have respect for it.
They’ll like it. There’s some nice laid back areas in Georgia. It gets hot and muggy. Not a dry heat like Cali.
If you complain about the heat just move somewhere else you fair weather babies😂😂😂😂
I would love to see a Keefer x 2 Chainz collab.
Who cares what he thinks?
A house in California and one in Georgia is pretty impressive for $70k a year!
I want to go back to the time when everyone thought the south was backwards and creepy and everyone stayed away. Used to be able to hit Broadway in Nashville without much fuss or getting destroyed by hotel prices, just go listen to some country music and drink some beer. Land was cheap. Pretty simple and great...... now everyone who let their Midwest or northeast state go to hell are moving there and it's starting to get crowded. SEC schools are getting harder to get into from all the out of state applicants and after they live it up in Knoxville or Athens they're never moving back to grand rapids. I've been telling people for the past decade to buy up real estate in Birmingham. Only so many cities in the south and Nashville and Atlanta are full. Probably too late to steal anything in Huntsville but still time in Birmingham.
That being said, keefer seems cool, I guess he can come.
apparently you do! Otherwise you wouldn't have clicked on this thread!
You ever booked a nail appointment for the wife. Momma Keefer is bringing in the cash. Atlanta has plenty of women who get their nails done. 💅 💰 🤑
Was you living in Ozark when opal came thru in 95? I'm 200 miles north of PCB and that bitch left us in shambles. I didn't have power for a week!. But granted that once and it been 30 years since. More tornados for sure.
Pit Row
He lied to us. He's making more than $75K to have a house in CA and GA 😄
As a Georgia resident, I approve this message.
Man I love Georgia. Good for Keefer, the CA high dez is crap
I had just moved to Texas from Fort Walton Beach 6 months before Opal hit. It was a nasty one for sure. My friends in FWB said it was nature's version of urban renewal. My Mom was still living in Florala and lost some trees to it.
And yeah, it's the tornados that really do the damage inland...and without a lot of warning.
I was raised in California but moved to north Alabama 18 years ago. This place is growing like crazy, farms are becoming subdivisions everywhere, going to be interesting now that we get Space Command.
I Love Alabama 1990 I hhg drilled under rivers in Ga. In 90 too. I heard alot of u dam Yankees coming down here etc. until they saw us working they got quite real fast . Every bridge near job site had white hangings. U watched your back back then. It changed alot I never hear yankee stuff anymore . I ve been all ovr Ga. In trucking too on back rds . The rivers r muddy lookin but there’s Really nice lakes . At the lakes there was big family reunions . They were great & invited me to eat etc , amazing food in the se. Avoid atL any rd off the loop they shut the rd down for injuries . Because they run into the paramedics or injured. The only city in America to do so . It does get cold 12 degree at the stadium pu 4 yrs ago. You,l get the se accent pretty quick . Bad poison oak , aggressive snakes cotton mouth, water moccasin etc , fire ants is the bad .
Huntsville has grown into Alabama’s largest city and will grow even more. Property isn’t near as cheap as it used to be here in the south.
Very true but several tracks for MX and RC with good dirt, and motorcycles everywhere is good for business, life is good!
I’m curious to see how he’ll adapt to not having so many industry resources within a few hours drive. If I didn’t do my own suspension here, I’d have to drive nearly 4 hours North to someone with a reputable name to have it done or ship it to someone I trust. It seems like in most parts of CA a quality engine or suspension shop is never super far away, but I don’t know it as well as some. Same with local dealerships, you’re lucky if they stock a front brake lever for a MX bike they sell that was made within the last 3 years.
Humidity is the tradeoff for wildfires and the more time I spend here, the more it looks like a worthwhile trade.
I,ve been through town there a few times & on 2 lane back rds bumper to bumper . Just like Fri in SC. Logging to Al. Is huge not in Ga. Though. Ga. Has real good clay dirt i never saw much sand there. The se has fun people tho they sit around big tables telling jokes & stuff. Great food late March you can buy garden stuff . ts all hv delicious fish & cat fish of course . March is super gnarly severe weather with alot of Tornadoes the worst in the country. 90,s & muggy the cold air from the north pushes down & bam look out. I worked in hurricanes in Florida on the hhg rig which is crazy as hell. But the rain in the se can be worse you litter can not see 5 ft.
Yes,not far to Sand Mountain, Dodge City, and McLarty. Just a bit farther, but we have Monster Mtn and Crossbone.
