Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
One has about 250. Another has 170 and the newest one has 35.
The pitbikes? God only knows
2021 FX350 has 245 hours, new piston/timing chain/valve seals at 190. Will continue to ride this until 400+ if I can. Maybe need a bottom end by then. What I see 50 hour 2021 KTMs going for its not worth trying to sell this bike as its pretty awesome still.
Wifes 2018 150XCW has 130 hours, new piston at 80 and its also been an awesome machine.
Well done! Thats alot of riding! The last few generations of Austria”s 250/300 2 strokes have been bulletproof for me…I pull top ends on my 300”s at 100hrs out of guilt , but most often I could ring them & service powervalve & be done…
'18 YZ450 443 hours and counting.
I got it used with ~270 hours and over time replaced everything except: Frame, subframe, swingarm triple clamps, electrical system, most of the hardware, and engine cases.

Another awesome post! The 350”s are bulletproof as well..I may keep my 24 350sfx to do a longevity test on it, every other 350 I have had has been great, I usually sell at around 100-125 hrs to my friends for discounted rates.
Wow! Thats some serious hrs!
11 hours on my 2023 GasGas 300 EX. I need to ride more!
How many hours do I need before Yamaha wants to buy it back from me?
You're in Erie? Start doing the CRA Harescrambles, it's a great way to destroy a new bike.
No hr meters, but not nearly enough.
This is my plan as well. I have a 20 350 XCF 105 hrs, checked valves once at 40 hrs, plan to check valves again at this winter at 105 hrs. Think I'll do a top end around the same time if, I have it that long. I rode my friends 23 350 XCF and like my 20 better.
Do a timing chain while you are in there and also do the 22+ oil pump gears and rotor. The plastic gears in the 2020+ arent the ones that had the issues but to do a timing chain you are two cirplips away from doing the oil pump gears and theyre less than $40
Just under 40 on my '23 YZ250 as of Saturday at GH. That is quite low for me. I raced 20 days in 2024, but had maybe only 2-3 full practice days. This was coming off a year away in 2023 due to ACL reconstruction.
For comparison, my 2022 CRF450 was sold with 44 hours, which I accumulated in 6 months.
More practice days and fun for me in 2025. Also means more top ends and suspension rebuilds, but I'm here for it!
My KTM EXC (XCW in US) 250 is going to hit 500 hours in a couple of rides. I've also ridden it in 11 countries now which is pretty cool. Its a forever bike that's going to stay with me now, the goal is 1000 hours.
I've also got a Husky TX300 on 170 hours which is going to take up race duty this year to give the KTM a rest!
2022 yz125 probably 70 hours did a top end 30 hours ago and just did fork rebuild. Shock probably needs a rebuild now.
519 hours on a 2007 CR125.
With two 45 minute motos, that is the equivalent of racing 346 AMA Nationals.... 💪😎
I’ll update my bike as well, even though I haven’t ridden hardly at all in the last year almost.
2016 125sx has 227 on the chassis. Just over 50 hours on new OEM crank, replayed cylinder, and every bearing/seal/washer etc. On its second piston, throw another one in around 60 hours.
2005 200exc has 36 hours on the meter since I bought it and put it on, god only knows how many hours the bike has, it’s certainly up there. It just spit the lower rod bearing and the cylinder needs a replate, ran super strong up until the rod heating went. Really want to keep my eye out for a 2012-2015 125/150sx chassis to swap the motor into since it’s a direct bolt in.
2016 150sx is still being redone from the frame up. I need to buy a piston and send the cylinder for a plating, buy tires, and some other odds and ends and then put the motor together. Full motor rebuild, every nut/bolt is new save for the axles and pivot points. Tore it down for the frame up at 240 hours. Been a little detached from riding lately but hoping to change that soon.
2005 Yz125 with 2012 SSS forks, 2009 Shock. I've ridden quite a bit. I bought it new in 2004. I have no idea how many hours.
The bottom end is still solid, original plastics, original clutch, original wheels.
Pit Row
‘22 250XCF 140hr of Off-Road racing - compression and valves checked at 100 and all good. Planning to open her up for a piston and chain this summer at prob 160. She’s been perfect so far… knock knock🤞🏼
23 YZ450 75 hours only replaced 2 clutches.
24 Stark 85 hours only tires and one set of chain / sprockets.
I used to sell around 60-70 hours. I’m going to just rebuild and rack up hours for a change.
Not nearly enough
17 hours on my 22 KTM 350 SXF after two years off the bike. This thread is super motivating to get out and ride and rack up the hours. I’m always looking at updating or getting something new. Time to change that !!
just under 40 hours on my 24' crf250r going to check valves at 50 and look into doing a top end around 60
I lied im at 60 hours now and haven't touched a thing. will replace piston this winter
140ish on my 21 250RX. All stock except a Rekluse TorqDrive.
Just recently bought a top end kit and will do it over the winter.
My 2005 Yz125, that I bought new in 2004, with suspension upgrade to SSS forks and a newer gen shock, has approximately 1 Zillion hours. Approximately.
Original bottom end with no vertical play in the connecting rod, and the original clutch. I just try to always be in the right gear, so I'm easy on clutches.
I did finally buy an hour meter, so I'll track hours from here, or save it for my next bike.
70.9 hours on a 2022 CRF450
2022 YZ250F - ~65 hours
2022 YZ250FX - ~50 hours
2023 YZ125X - ~45 hours
2023 Beta 300 Race Edition - ~97 hours
2023 KTM 300SX - ~40 hours
2024 KX450 - ~24 hours
2024 KTM 350 SX-F - ~41 hours
2024.5 Husqvarna 450 Rockstar - ~43 hours
2025 Beta 430rr X-Pro - ~15 hours
My 2008 YZ125 has around 700 hours on it. I've done 12 top ends, and two bottom ends.
My 2025 YZ250X has 35. I need to ride it more 😥
2005 Honda CR250 with over 250 hours (no hour meter). Bought new in '05, new crank and bearings two years ago, and of course lots of pistons/rings and usual suspension maintenance. Clean air filter after most rides and trans oil changed about every 3-4 rides.
