Strange with fedortsov, hes top of the future guys in sx by a mile, and DB said this years promotocross was just learning they didnt even expect points but he did that, so something else must be behind it
I can't remember what Fedortsov did in SX futures but I think he has been underwhelming in mx. His best finish was a 17th at Southwick. He has raced every race but Ironman and he is only in 25th place in the series points. I would think that in order to have kept his ride he would have needed to mostly be top 15, with hints at least of getting a top 10.
Is Reynolds signed to Clubmx for next year? I assume Schock and Vohland are so that leaves 1 spot open or 2 if Reynolds doesn't come back.
Checking SX results I completely forgot about Simonson. Is he hurt or just did not have a ride to do MX?
Finies told Weege he is "really sick". Like the fatigue variety and that he needs some rest

Think it was SX only, but Blair makes it seem like he’s getting another shot with Club for SX next year which is great to hear.
Why would a factory team pick him up at this point? He looked good in sx futures but not like he cleaned shop. He got a flat one race he should have won and crashed a bunch in the others only winning one of them.
That is not true about fedortsov listen to db and what everyone said about him going pro outdoors this season, he won sx futures btw

No idea just spit balling why he'd be leaving club, but maybe wasn't his decision? I wouldn't think someone would leave club by their choice unless it was for factory deal? Who knows what the KTM budget situation is, maybe need someone cheap? IDK, man...

Fedorstov had a contract for MX in 2025 and through all of 2026, but they are mutually agreeing to part ways. They'll put out an explanation, but the gist I got was the team and Fedorstov's group weren't seeing eye-to-eye on a lot of things, so they've agreed to separate.
Simonson very likely to return on at least a SX only deal.
Reynolds could remain or could be out.
If Reynolds stays, they have one spot available.
If Reynolds is out, they have two spots available.

It must be awkward (and depressing) when you haven't had a good season(s) and then have you sit down with the team manager or whatever and they say that your contract won't be renewed because of XYZ..

MCR stuck with Vince through thick & thin, so the fact he's switching teams seems to pretty much confirm that they're done.

And how many of those club riders are ‘Free” riders or paying for a ride? Id be theres more than one that are “Free”
They’re racing WSX with Austin Politelli and Ryan Breece in 450s, along with Cullin Park and Noah Viney in 250s.
They’ve also stated they will race Arenacross again in 2026.
I’d say 2-3 of their riders for 2026 will be getting paid, 1-2 will be free, and 1 might be paying for their ride.
Like performance bonuses only?
If they’re there for “free” , I’m sure everything’s taken care of as far as food, place to live, travel, and all that. The place looks pretty killer after watching Keefers video on the place. I don’t think that’s a bad team/place to be for free if you’ve put your back up to the wall and have to ride for “free”. At least ClubMx has houses and all that stuff already on the property whereas maybe riding for a different team for “free” wouldn’t be as enticing because you still have all of your own cost of living expenses.
This is true. A fully covered ride for them (boarding, facility, gym, travel, etc) plus performance bonuses and purse money is better than being on a lower team with lesser equipment and minimal salary, plus having to cover many of the things the facility / team provide.
