Has anyone ever been truly reprimanded for testing out the competition's bike while still at their current team? Even if they're leaving?
Everyone does it, so if one company got mad about their riders testing another bike(IE KTM and Chase) they would just get nailed by everyone else when they hosted riders (KTM testing with Eli to complete the circle)
I understand, just saying if anyone has actually gotten into hot water from it.

This is from the VitalMX Silly Season feature last October. So I guess Anderson could keep his personal gear deals without issue. On ML’s most recent video it sounded like Anderson was going to do WSX for HEP and on Blair’s show today he said it sounds like Roczen might be out of WSX due to them pay being less than before.
Its a bummer. Seemed like we were going to get a Euro invasion a year or two ago. The Coenen's were for sure coming. De Wolf was reportedly obsessed with racing in the states. So much so that his team had to tell him to stop talking about it. Now it seems none of them are coming. I've heard Blair talking about Mitch still trying to get De Wolf but I'm not holding my breath. Now they're probably all scared seeing Prado's results and the superior speed over here. Jk jk 😂 😂

in his interview at millville, i believe post race interview he said he is in no talks with kawi yet & he's thinking might be time to start assessing other options. This is not verbatim but that's what i got out of it.
I think DB said recently that the bridge with Club is still burnt and one of the other pods said that if Vialle goes back to MXGP, KTM may take on another 250 rider if PC doesn’t renew his contract.
It’s looking like he’ll be #10 next year. It’s a wonder Star has never gone after him.
Marchbanks would be better off on a 450 with HEP or Triumph in my opinion. Good rides this year but don't see him winning a title on a 250.
Star did go after him before they signed Craig. He took the star offer back to kawi and Mitch said no and then he came back to star and the offer was gone

Brian tested out fox gear last year i think at some point, it was in a video, they wouldn't be testing stuff if they didn't think about it being involved in their future. Expanding on the rumors, brian left a comment under someone's comment on their latest video telling us to stay tuned for big things dropping this week.
