Short is the guy that holeshot and led 18 different races this summer and won just one.

Steady, good and solid results, but as a team it has got to be incredibly frustrating to know that you will probably do well but have a slim chance to win.

Grant gives you a better shot to win races, IMO.

Regardless.....Grant won't even come close to a championship. At least Shorty has been in the top 3 at the end of the year in MX since coming to the 450 class.

My team? I'll keep Short and keep getting podium interviews, holeshots or top starts, and run at or near the top for a good portion of the race.

With Grant, even if he pulls a win per year out, the rest of the time, he hardly gets mentioned as he's running mid pack or worse. Exceptions of course.

It didnt make much sense to me either, thats why I figured it had to be something along the lines like they thought Short peaked out with them and they saw something in Grant they liked, or like you said......they got a hell of a deal on him.

Why is everyone acting as though Short got the short end of the stick? Reed rides for money, there is no way those teams could dish the money needs for Reeed.
Reed is in no way tied to monster, Monster is simply his supercorss title sponsor.
