That’s a battle that could be unreal at Nations. I can imagine Lucas will risk it all trying to beat Jett.

Lucas has his hands full with Febvre. I don’t think he will have much for Jett. I could be wrong though. Interesting to hear him say Prado is the 2nd best talent. He wouldn’t say but I have a feeling he knows what’s going on with Prado.

That’s fair but isn’t Lucas only 19? He has lots of room to grow and develop, that being said I could see Lucas in his current form being at least a slight challenge for Jett
Lucas turns 19 in November.
I think Lucas showed maturity this weekend, pushing it but not giving anything away by cartwheeling.
I'm curious to what he can do at MXoN being a good starter also. Just hoping for some good weather.
He’s only 18. Which makes his move up that much more impressive. I wasn’t meaning it as a jab, I just don’t think he’s on Jett’s level. Lucas and Febvre are pretty close in speed right now. Febvre wasn’t on pace the last time they all met up at MXoN. He got beat by Eli who was straight off the couch.
Whoever "Gate Drop" is, he does really good interviews. Always asks good questions and somehow gets very in depth answers. Two thumbs up from me.
Tim gaiser beat everyone at the mxdn.....why couldn't lucas coenen do the same...... lucas coenen was just as fast as tim gaiser this year
Lucas wasn’t on Tim’s level. He beat Tim in one moto?Tim would have walked away with championship had he not got hurt. As far as Tim beating Jett at MXoN? Jett came from behind and Tim passed him in the last corner of the last lap. Hardly a statement for who’s fastest.
I agree with your point about Febvre, that is solid, but Gajser straight up beat Jett last year, even if it was in the last corner and he absolutely sent it. Jett absolutely fought for that win, but Gajser matched him
Hey I’m Aussie and even I’ll say Gajser beat Jett at MXdN last year, it was an awesome race!
Can Lucas give Jett a run this year? I hope so, I’m here for it.
Herlings will be on HRC Honda but does he make winter trip to ride with Jett when its winter in EU that would be nice twist.
I'm not a fan of McCready but credit where credit is due - he elicited a ton of information in just 33 minutes. That was a good interview.

Lucas ain't getting close to Jett this year, but that's not a dig at him. Jett is literally the best rider in the world and he's been riding and developing on a 450 for three years now. Lucas is 19 and a 450 rookie. Given how fast he's improved and how incredibly talented he is, I could see him bringing the fight to Jett in a couple of years.
I think next year everything will be different when he has to deal with haiden deegan........how someone can say that someone is better without them ever racing each other is a mystery to me
