I think the fact he was calling around to multiple MXGP teams already is pretty telling. Dude got completely shook and wants to go home. I didn’t hear him asking around for a different US ride…

That’s honestly not a bad take at all. 

Maybe he’s just delusional? I know all top level athletes are some level of delusional, they have to be. But Prado just seems on another level. I think he also comes across as a little bit more of a prick than he actually is and that probably influences an underlying bias I have. I worked exclusively with Europeans for 4 years and they just come across a little dickish at times. But they’re really not.

Guys we just witnessed history, Jett losing an overall without crashing out of the moto. It really happened. Grats to Chase, that first moto was super impressive to watch, more of that please!

Also I took the biggest L today and probably jinxed Jett. 😂

Washougal done normal is not rutocross. It does develop fairly deep ruts in most corners, 5 or 6 wide. You can carry a ton of speed thru them. This prep makes it look like a NorCal track in August. Not a fan.
