How do you guys think little deegs would do if he decided to buckle down and get with a trainer and give it a 1-2 year serious effort? Could you guys see it being kind of like a malcolm stewart situation where he never really takes it serious and gets a late start, but has all the tools at his disposal to succeed if he wanted to go for it and actually ends up with a fairly successful career? I saw he recently got a 250f on the deegan channel, so he must be what like 14? He still has a shot if he wanted to take it.

I remember when he was really little he won the ktm juniors race at anaheim his first try which haiden didnt even do so the kid has talent if he tries. I looked up some of his mini o’s results and he was getting top 10-15 results in the 85cc class which everyone knows is a super competitive class so thats honestly pretty good with how non serious hes taken it. How good do you guys think he could be if he decided he was going to give it a serious shot to go pro? Or is he just happy having the best life in the whole family where he gets to just be rich and semi ig famous and can just do whatever the hell he wants? There has to be a small part of him somewhere in there that wants to prove he can win too right? I mean he is a deegan its genetic.

I think with the resources he has, and the amount of time he’s already had on bikes, it would be a smooth transition into some type of career racing.

If he wanted to put in the work.

Resources and genetics are more important than anything else.  I’d say Hudson hit the jackpot in both categories.

Same thats why I want to see it happen. He also seems like hes the chill one of the family so it would be cool to see his approach to racing. I dont think hed be trying all the shit talking and mind games hes seems more like the goof ball kid that everyone would be friends with but he could still kick their ass on the track.

Watching their videos, he seems like he just likes going with the flow and being a kid. He has some good potential on a bike though! He rips!

Pretty sure for whatever reason he isn’t into it at all. Guess he’s going to school to go a different route so good on him.

That is what I also remember.  I think the gnarly crash was not very long after he recovered  from a previous crash, but I could  be wrong about that.

Let me pose this question:

How do you guys know he isn't already planning to completely demolish the 2020 AMA 250 class, but is keeping it a secret because that's his style? For all we know, he could actually be faster then Haiden already and just keeps it corked for now. 🤔

Did you mean 2030? I choose to believe he is faster than Haiden AND makes better TikToks with all the riders' wives😂

Consistency is number 1 above everything else.

Huck hasnt shown he has ever been consistant with moto.

Hell if he just rode his 250 every 2nd day for 30mins per day he would be fast tracked to being pro - he has good style and potential -  but it looks like he enjoys screwing round with sir rons and pit bikes instead

Imagine if he came in with the same skill as Haiden, same marketability, but was a really genuine and likeable dude?!

That would be awesome!!

I think the level of desire is up there with genetics and resources.  It seems that Hudson's level of desire is speaking louder than the resources at his disposal and genetics.

Yes, I think it would be cool to see what a hard, serious push after a later start would yield.

This thread is a prime example of why all the "Princess Brian" and etc digs at Brian, and insinuations at all his shady dealings/trying to push people around for HD are so tiresome.

Hudson is fast. Brian could be papa to a 3 kid legacy. Hudson wants to go the driving range, dick around with RC cars, and crash razor scooters, and Brian couldn't care less and is right there with that kid too. Huck is always at the races with the family with such a chill vibe.

Brian did parenting first, raising competitors second and I'm here for it.

Yeh I wouldn't say Hailey is seen as a legacy. The way her race career is going its more of a huge flop.

It's how they are as a person that tells a parent's success.

Hudson is the perfect case study on Haiden Deegan. Both had the same opportunity to make the most out of Brian’s wealth. One decided to be disciplined, work hard, and push for greatness.

The other decided to live the spoiled life. Play golf, video games, and screw around on the pitbike. And from the videos, seems like his personality is an absolute nuisance to be around.

As much as I dislike the attitude at times, you gotta respect what Haiden has done, when he easily could’ve turned out like Hudson.

I'd put Hudson in the same category as Malcolm when he was a young teen. There's a shit ton of talent there, but the main interest lies elsewhere for now. Always possible he comes around like Mookie did, though.

Bunch of grown men putting shit on a 14 year old… either that or fawning over his tik tok vids is wild, I didn’t realise anyone over the age of 18 is on tik tok.

Exactly, Brian spoke about Hudson having a really bad crash at Cahuilla Creek and as a result, he was off the bike for five months. Unfortunately, Hudson did end up damaging some vertebrae during the crash and this scared mom and dad into putting a stop to any serious racing.

Quite frankly, Hudson was nowhere near the speed of Haiden when he was this same age. It’s highly doubtful that he would have much of a pro career.

He's 14 years old FFS.

Hey, she was only about 90 seconds behind the leader last week at Road America in Indy NXT.

20 lap race, that's only about 4.5 seconds a lap slower than the sharp end of the pack. She did beat one guy who had to stop for a front wing he damaged on a curb, so there's that.

I would say Hudson probably has the skills of James Stewart on a dirtbike and Haiden is more of the Ricky Carmichael.

I’ve seen Hudson ride multiple times and it always reminds me of Stew.

Hudson will be the disruptor in the coming years. Just watch…

Ha! That's hilarious. I'd say it goes the other way around. Hayden is a damn good racer, his dad did a hell of a job raising an amazing racer. Otherwise, no, Hayden wasn't "raised right" he's an ignorant disrespectful little punk.

So you haven’t recognized that haiden has quieted some of his trash talking this year?
