The kid is a comic and it’s quite refreshing.
The way he shares the stoke when they’re getting off the bikes at the end of the moto…also…nice to see.

So getting calories, any calories, as soon as possible is key to recovery.
I usually had chocolate milk, and a couple of egg and cheese burritos in a cooler, and rode straight to them after a mt bike race.

No chance he eats like that everyday. He probably allows himself a cheat meal after race day. Especially if he wins.
My old football coach by in HS actually turned me over to a cup of chocolate milk before exercise. I kept throwing up normal food or throwing up from not eating. 😂 It works, a single cup definitely can get you going and not too heavy.
What is a corn dog? I've heard the name a few times and I assume it's a mielie (corn on the cob) on s stick.
People are different and in this case I guess the old rule applies...burn what you eat.
It’s a hotdog on a stick dipped in cornbread batter and fried. I rarely eat them these days but they’re pretty tasty.

I think it's great everyone acts like these guy are machines, but guess what, they are human beings.
I remember that Jett was pretty outspoken about how much he loved the junk food when they moved to the US and said that he was a fat kid at heart.
Once again it just warms my heart seeing all the three in the press conference laughing and enjoying it more than what we have seen before.
Eli seems to losen up more and more for each week.
