That right there confirms she is a Reed. Great news that she is able to ride again soon.

Absolutely bad ass how his kids have inherited his toughness to keep riding after injury aswell.

Not a Reed fan back in the day, but he would have owned Webb if they were both in their prime.

Reed every day of the week.
He may have one less SX title, but has more race wins, as well as an outdoor title and a couple of MXdN moto wins.

Give me a break. Of course it's Reed. What are you going to ask next? Whether Burger Boy is better than Stew?

The better rider debate has not aged well considering the GOAT of our sport has turned out to be such a dick.

I'm lost. What's changed since RC turned out to be a dick? He's still the GOAT by a country mile.

I love what Reed said on the latest Reraceables pod about how he lost motivation when he wasn't trying to slay the RC/Stew giant.

Senna basically had said the exact same thing about Alain Prost.

The fact that Reed has the amount of wins he does while racing arguably the two greatest in our sport should speak enough volume.

this just seems unfair we never got to see this. Prime CW vs Prime CR woulda been sooooo fun as those two mind-gamed each other.

Are you sure? Reed won 2002 125cc East Coast SX 6 in a row and lost the final race at Pontiac (barely) to Jesseman. Then 2nd Place at the East/West Shootout. 2003 FIM World SX 450 Champ, 2004 AMA SX 250 Champ, 2008 FIM World SX 450 Champ, 2009 AMA Motocross 450 Champ. Reed is loads better. 44 SX Wins against RC, Windham, Stewart, Dungey, Villopoto

Think about Reedy in 2011 outdoors pre-Chadapult too. He was leading the points against prime Villopoto and Dungey with 4 of 6 overalls, 6 of 12 moto wins, and 1st in Moto 1 that day, all on his own team at the same age Webb is right now. That was incredible.

Dunge is my all time favorite and '11 mx Dunge was probably my favorite version of him. He was so good on that RMZ and still couldn't beat Reedy

Webb is handling the MXGP guy. Beat Herlings in his prime. Raced and beat some of the best. Why do people think he is slow?

Maybe smart looks slow sometimes

Well, let's go through your points one by one.

The 'MXGP guy' for whatever reason (bike, coming off injury) is not riding anywhere near his normal level. So Webb is not 'handling' the true Jorge Prado.

He beat Herlings once on a 250 when Herlings was managing a championship. Herlings was not in his prime by the way. He got much better in the subsequent years. 99 times out of a 100 Herlings would absolutely destroy Webb outdoors. Probably more like 99.9 times out of a hundred.

He has raced and beaten some of the best in SX, not MX. He beat the best once outdoors. Once. One outdoors 450 overall since 2017.

People (meaning people that understand the sport) think he's slow outdoors because compared to Jett, Eli, AP, JCoop, Chase, Hunter and normal Prado, he is.

Reed vs Webb- how about when they were team mates in 2017 at factory Yamaha?
Webb was the reigning 250 SX and MX champion, Reed was aging, supposed to be washed up and on his last factory contract , and both had to ride the infamous McCarty Pig.
It wasn’t good for either but Reedy still consistently outperformed the next star in Webb.

I’ll never forget that day. I grew up as a major reed fan. I was around 15 at the time. He’s speed and style that season was next level. After the chadapult, watching him get back on the bike. Man talk about goosebumps.

Plus the two-two Honda and shift gear was probably one of the best looks all time. I still have my two-two shift gear set.

Riding injured and still beating the multi MXGP guy. While banking 1.5 million for SX bet prado would love to trade places?

Again, Prado is not riding anywhere near his usual level. Under normal circumstances Webb would barely be on the same lap as Prado.

Seems like this is Prado’s level. It just makes you look stupid so you don’t want to admit it?

I think your response just shows you've never watched Jorge Prado ride. Have you heard of a thing called MXGP? You know Prado has two MXGP world championships right?
