Whispern Smith was a racer from here in Okc area. He got his pro license and had some modest success in SX rounds in the early 90’s. He went on to become a fire-fighter, now retired from that profession and his son (by the same name!) is following in Dad’s footsteps, pursuing pro racing!
I personally never knew of him or his family ever building pipes etc but I certainly do not know what his father might have done before Whispern was a fast local pro in the 80’s/early 90’s! 🤪 👍❗️
