I miss Grant Langston in the booth.
Everything is better without RC yammering for 3 hours straight.
GL was great but Stew crushes him in what the role is meant to be.

What about adding Blair also? Yey nay?
Langston is a self taught "professor" of the AMA National Motocross Series. His history knowledge, of riders and races, is invaluable as a commentator. I would go so far as to say, if there was a general knowledge competition, I would choose Langston over Weege, to be on my team. But, I do like Stewart and Weege in the booth too.
...exceptional break down of technical details by James Stewart midway through the first 450 moto, comparing the berm slamming technique of Tomac to Jet's faster and smoother low- rev corners.
That in itself was worth watching, and learning from one of the best ever. I sure wish James would take the full time analyst job in the booth...
Stewart is a natural, and friggen hilarious as well.
He was really good at the time and I really liked him when he was in the booth but heโs on the way off the deep end at the moment. He just did a podcast where he kept talking about how mad he is that people tell him not to use homophobic slurs anymore.
Love Weege, but he has a really bad habit of interrupting when someone else is speaking. If they will pay my travel expenses, I would sit in the booth and bitch slap him every time he does it. ๐คฃ
Now i can watch and rewatch races without muting it!
This!!!!!
Such a big difference. JW and JS actually talks about and analyze the race that is happening right now.
RC and LD is like listening to a post race podcast, or pre race podcast talking about what riders have said 1 month ago and how their career has been for the last 10 years. Who the fuck wants to hear that and see a splitt screen with a rider talking, 1minute after the gate has dropped?! Production bad. Commentators at all time low.
It's a 3h show, what LD and RC focus on is great for killing time between races, its complete nonsense when the gate has dropped.
Just focus on the racing like Stewart and Paul in MXGP is doing!
Sometimes he just opens his mouth and sounds fall out til a sentence appears.
Been watching since Dave Despain and Art Eckman and loved a few broadcasters along the way (David Bailey, GL and a few others were great) and am so refreshed that Weege and Bubba are calling the action ALL SUMMER.
My 9 and 10 year old sons are also pumped on this. But they made the post race weege show at Budds '24 so they are partial to Jason.
My chick has never watched until 2025 Supercross and is SUPERPUMPED to have another option over RC/Diffy. She is still wrapping her head around "yeah no for sure"
I will take Will Christien over whoever that chick was last week any day! Weege and Stu are great!
don't listen to 'em #4 yer the GOAT!
Pit Row
Add Langston in there and we got a deal!!!
NOT for announcing he isn't...
This outdoor crew just makes it more frustrating. To enjoy an entire broadcast from start to finish was just so damn refreshing. Its frustrating because most of us have been around long enough to know when good is good and bad is bad and you know damn well this team is going to fucking kill it all summer and NBC is still going to be like.. "ok 17 rounds of shit broadcast for 2026. Bring back RC and Leigh Diddy because we bought 2 awards for ourselves"
Theyโre good, but I like the Canadian guys that used to do their nationals. They were genuine about being excited.
Post a reply to: This broadcast team is it!
