If those 3 are excluded then Prado is the obvious choice

I’ll say Hunter, but I don’t like picking anyone coming off injury for anything.  It’s just remarkably difficult to be your best when you haven’t had gate drops in months…

Jcoop for Pala if he gets his normal great starts

Long shot title I’d say Prado

I see Prado is very popular pick. I'm a fan of Prado but I think it's a tall order to win a championship in your first year on the circuit here while also on a new bike/team.  I think he's got some learning to do with how all the tracks develop, the schedule, the heat, etc. but I could be wrong. I think next year he'll be good to go, but I really hope he surprises me this year and waxes the top three occasionally.

I'm out on the Webb for the championship, but I could see Hombre sneak a moto win or an overall with a 3-2 type score at Pala. He's got plenty of laps there.

Not a super long shot but my “longshot” picks are Masterpool coming out firing in the 250’s and Prado showing world class everything in the 450’s

Prados and obvious choice.

People forget that Jcoops i think better at outdoors than indoors. If hes made as much of an improvement outdoors as he has indoors he could pull a DF14

Masterpool he could come out and be the man and no one would really be as shocked as they should be.

Max Vohland. I think the fitness is there almost there and I don't thing the foots gonna be as big of an issue outdoors as in. The handle bar rear break also wont be as big of a deal i think. If anything I wonder if in any circumstances or conditions not having to change your foot position to use the rear could be a better move?

Pala:  Jcooper

MX Championship:  AP

A lot of people picked Prado for a supercross dark horse too.  I hope he does some damage but the title is unlikely.

Pala: Masterpool / AP

Championship:  Jmart / Hunter

Can't count out Vialle either in 250s... As we saw, consistency wins titles.

Jmart is doing 4 rounds unless something changed.

I'm guessing his results will be good enough for Star to keep him going.

Looks like we are missing a mild heat wave this week and should have great weather for the weekend:

Prado is not a long shot, but that would be my pick if I can't pick Jett, Chase or Eli.  I think Prado will be right there if he is healthy all season, even with the 1 day format, heat, etc.

Yeah, longshot seems more like someone you expect to finish 10th or so....  Not just outside the top 3.
