The question is: Does the video evidence really prove that? My view is that Jett should not have said those things - especially not on video which opens the possibility that others could hear him say them. It is embarrassing for him and not a good look. But does it prove anything about the man as he is today? I think not. I don’t think it proves he was a racist then. He was a giggling child using forbidden words in a room with a few people. He wasn’t a supercross champion giving a live interview in a full stadium. This comparison is asinine and the irony of calling others mentally challenged while making it is astounding.
