seriously. Kid is no more "dominating" than Barcia was, AC, or any other slew of riders that won a regional championship in "dominating" form only to turn around be mid-pack riders in the 450s with occassional lucky nights. Get a grip, kid.
When he can do his own gear deals on 450 it will be interesting to see who's willing to pony up for him knowing how polarizing he is.

He had to start his own team in '09 right? And he brought a #1 plate for 250 sx with him but still no ride. Its a real stretch to compare the two, though. Deegz isn't getting fucked up and partying. He also delivers more titles, wins, and works his ass off. JLaw got that 250 sx title but never won even one National
Kind of in the same vain when Reed couldn't get a good ride and teams didn't want to deal with him so he started his own thing. It humbled him quickly and he turned it around to become the peoples champ for a few years there. A little humility would go a long way with young Mr Deegs.

Jason started out his pro career on a Cernics Suzuki in 2005 and then he went to Rockstar Suzuki in 2006.
Here's where it gets interesting (my memory is a bit foggy this was 18 years ago - but I will try to explain it).
Phil Alderton (who had left YOT) brought JLaw to the teams attention (Rock told me this years ago). I believe Phil even helped work the deal ,even though he had stepped back from the team. I remember The Rock talking to me about this when it was all going down. YOT I think was being ran by Dave O (Ozzy) at the time. They signed Jason. But the non-confirmed rumor was always that YOT lost support from Yamaha over signing him. He then won a championship for them. After that he had no fucks to give. Things spiraled down hill fast for him.
Jason & Haiden are two completely different types of people. If you said something smart-ass to Haiden he would give you an eye roll and say something smart back (Tops). Do that to JLaw back then and he would've wanted to pick up a brick and smash your head in (100% literally). He had no fucks to give. No team in their right mind wanted to touch him. Eventually his antics landed him in jail with some very serious assault charges. Jason lacked a lot of direction back in those days.
I could post a picture of a sobbing wet pussie to depict how I think of people crying about Deegan but that would probably go against community guidelines.
He is in the bullseye of his competition now. They gave him the opportunity to race them clean. Those days are gone.

I've heard a lot more stories than just the garage one too.. Some folks called it way beforehand - that witnessed his antics firsthand.
He was pretty unstable for a while. Not saying he was ever a bad ass. But he had issues with violent tendencies and over reacting and it landed him in jail.
Too bad Davies can't move over to Honda for next year much the way Kitchen got away from the Deegan circus to go to Pro-Circuit

The kid that got second did so in his second race in a NXT car and first time at barber...Monster could hire a random top Sim racer and get a better return on their money, but then they wouldn't be a female Deegan.

i know vital has always been drama but jeezus it seems to have gotten 10x worse, couldn't imagine all these folks would speak to each other this way in person.
Thanks to him,SMX is looking a lot like wrestling to a lot of people. Not what we want. First he gets arrested and didn't learn a thing from the experience obviously. Doesn't fill the role of proffesional or role model too well. Do we want someone like that representing our Country at Ironman this Fall?

I disagree. While the Deegan's antics make it very difficult to be positive I have been known to post the odd positive post about Haiden. Always about his riding, never about his character. As for the Princess I have made a couple of posts praising his business acumen. But on the whole yes, I loathe the guy and everything he's about.
I would not be in the least bit surprised if next week on the podium Haiden starts thanking god again. This has been his very obvious pattern: Goes too far one week with the shitty on track or off track behaviour, then next week goes for the god loving well behaved 'putting in the work' angle.
It's very fake and very tiresome.
As for representing your country? No, you don't. Especially in that he couldn't be bothered competing in the last two MXONs.
