As fans of JA21 it is not unreasonable to be concerned for his and his family's well being and want to know what is going on and sympathize. I hope things work out, and yes, he doesn't owe us anything. 

No idea what's going on and while it's true that none of these guys owe me the time of day I've been following them all since they were little kids.  I do care about them as odd as that may sound.

Hope he and his family are all good to go.

Yeah, same here. Guessing from the outside here, but I would assume the race day PR about leaving Seattle was correct and this PR we just got is what's a bit more vague. JA has looked healthy and spunky on the track lately. He's a tough SOB and has made most of the races in his career. For him to leave the city on a raceday on the spot like that tells me someone or something was more important than his job that day... But who knows, maybe it is Jason himself. No bueno and I hated to hear it.

Probably just me, but I feel like he owes us all an explanation.

If he's sick, or a family member is sick, those kinds of things come out when people are ready.

Yea, I generally like knowing when a rider is injured, but illness and injury from riding moto are two totally different things.

Or why can't we just believe the fact that he has had a family emergency and because of that situation he has to take the rest of the season off?

When RV did his disappearing act at the end of his career, and went radio silent, GuyB banned me. I was tagging train cars around that time. So if you ever see a tag that says "GuyB likes c*ck", that's my work. What did I post to get banned? I posted that RVs PR work was C Class, GuyB called me a D class poster and banned me. I was bitter for a long time, but through talk therapy I got past it. I'm a new man now.

I see the problem like this. GuyB probably knew RV, they might have been buds, or at least familiar with each other through work. I seen RV as a professional racer, a corporation in a way, RV and all these pro motorcrossers are a business at the end of the day. IMO, these guys are two entities in one body, There's the racer, and there's the private person. This industry being so small it's hard for a journalist to not be these guys buddies. 

So when I disparaged RV back then, it was the racer I disparaged, the corporation. It wasn't personal as I don't know RV. The retired RV seems like a pretty awesome guy. The racer RV was very serious and intense. He didn't exude any warmth back then. Plus I was a brand Dungey guy back then. Classic Ford vs.Chevy stuff. 

Anderson the racer. I don't like his brand. He always has to ram someone. His brand is that of a punk, a slacker. I don't like the Barcia brand either. Barcia likes to ram someone and then play innocent. So yeah, I go hard on the brand sometimes.  I call brand Anderson a doper and brand Barcia Bitch Boy Barcia. They shouldn't take it personal since I don't know the private person. They may be great humans, what do I know.

I don't know any professional motocross racer, none, nada, zip. They ain't my buddies. I'm just a casual fan, not a 909er insider like 99% of you on here are. So when I offend your buddy, it's the brand, not the man. But you all seem to take it personal on their behalf. Vital may be too insider for the casual fan. I'm not core enough.

Anderson the man don't owe me shit. Anderson the brand? That's on him and his PR team to decide.

The wording of the second PR is bad because it differs from the first one. It results in more questions rather than answers, it's perfectly natural to interpret those reasons/explanations in a completely different way. The Kawasaki PR department should get their shit together.

Yup agree the Kawi PR has made the situation more questionable than it should be.
I’ll be the first one to admit to not being an Ando fan in recent years, however the entitled bullshit in this thread needs to fuck right off and respect him and his family’s right to privacy for matters outside of racing.

Whether they get chase or not, it’s time for Kawi to move on after this year.

Justin cooper, Malcolm, AP if Chase stays, Tom if they kept AP over him, 38?, shimoda, fuck I’d even say barcia would be a better option at this point. I’d sign Hill or Ferrandis over him if they’re looking for a cheaper #2 guy

They post on that absolute cesspool that is Instagram. Infinity worse than here. Vital is far more respectful than any social media platforms. No pro are going to go anywhere and shoot the shit. No matter how respectful people are there's always going to be savages. Even Instagram they're leaving a comment and not actually having a conversation.
