WHAT

Wonder if this means they’ll be adding the “F” back to the four-stroke model names.

I just saw that!  OMG!  Anyone have a clue about this?  New KX125/250?

If it is a full size bike and we're speculating, will it be some sort of fuel/direct injection?

A 300ish cc woods bike wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

Hard to believe they’d be able to keep something like this secret without industry insiders hearing about it.   That makes me think it’s not going to be MX/XC related.

Damn that would be a good move on their behalf.

I work for Kawasaki USA and didn't know anything until last night.

Wtih a counter balancer! I had a 04 KX250 set up for the woods and my feet would go numb from it vibrating so badly.

Pure speculation here but in talking to some Colorado Kawasaki dealers, they said they have been badgering Kawasaki to bring back the KDX 200/220 for years as they said they would take a minimum of 50 a year (I'm sure they were exaggerating a "bit"). They believe that they can sell that many here in Colorado.  Coupled with Rieju announcing the end of their 200cc enduro line for 2025, there is only the Beta 200 2T left on the market. So, there will be limited competition...If there is a new KDX 200/220/250/300, I'm a buyer even though I don't need a bike!

I also wonder if they sense a weakness with the KTM troubles and they are looking to take advantage of that...

the audio sample in the video was definitely not a kx65, that was a 250

Can’t help but wonder how big of a disappointment are we setting ourselves up for?

But, if it’s a KX125 or a KDX200, huge win.

The 2024 KX 450 I rode was better in every single way than my YZ 250, but still I prefer the YZ.

If they come out with a 2025 KX roller, and put a 250 2 stroke engine in that thing, that might be the ultimate bike. I need one right now.

KDX200 would fill such a gap that it actually makes the most sense.

Or the mythical $5,000 125 with cheap parts that are always replaced immediately

With they way they presented the add "we heard you" , it has to be a big bike. For what, time will tell. Awesome!

When I worked at a Kawasaki dealership our rep came back from EICMA one year and was tasked to ask dealers what they thought about bringing back the KDX200 (this was around 2019-2020 I believe).

What was interesting was that in the 20 years I worked there they NEVER, not once, and that's no exaggeration, had asked us about what we thought about potential future product. This was the one and only time.

A few years later the revamped KLX300R came out and I felt like something got lost in translation haha.

Perhaps it's just taken a few more years? My money is on an off-road model here, a modern KDX. Sounds throaty. Bring it!

If this turns out to be a big nothing burger, it would be a huge PR disaster for Kawi……..
