So ... 6:30am Central Sunday morning and the situation seems to not be resolved. It really sucks for Brown, but he, and anyone else, verified jumping during the red light should be properly penalized. The issue they're probably dealing with is the uncertainty of when the light was turned off. I'm hoping they're going to make it final this morning because the video truck will be heading out sometime today and that may have all the review able footage in it, delaying the process. Sueing a track because you feel it wasn't staffed good enough, but chose to let your kid ride/race? Just seems off to me. This isn't gross negligence like a tractor on the track. I constantly don't let my kids ride at tracks or at ohv areas if I feel something isn't safe or up to par with the risk I am willing to take with their safety. I've pulled them off multiple times over the last year. This is a catastrophic event. I couldn't even imagine. But I'd like to think I wouldn't sue the people trying to provide the...
