Dude went from barely making 250 Mains at the beginning of his career to contesting for 250 main event wins and battling with the greats. It's a shame he makes the bullshit decisions he does.

That whole thing was just weird - he is a good rider but the problem I have is he never takes responsibility for any of his actions, if he was to say "my Bad sorry" once in awhile I would feel differently but man that dude is wired different. I bet he didn't give one shit about all the chaos going on behind him and probably looked back and said "what a bunch of dumbasses"

I agree. If He could put up a fight when he starts up front without taking guys out. Other racers manage to do it. Other than his rep for dirty riding, I would love to have been as successful as he has been in racing. I feel like he could have had a story more like Weston Pikes (without the bad injury that ended racing for him) , if he did not continue to find himself in so many situations that he made a bad choice or taking somebody out.
Instead he has the rep for being the dirtiest rider in Moto. Perhaps if he was not taking guys down on his way backwards it wouldn't rub so many people the wrong way. Even Vince fans have got to admit that he has done a good amount of dumb stuff.
Its at the point that whenever I see a highlight video of a crash/takeout and a rider is on a Honda , I wonder if its Vince. And often it ends up being Vince that is the cause of whatever went down in the video clip. Every time Vince starts up front, I find myself just hoping he doesn't take out the other guys.
I can't tell you how much yours and a number of others on this forum opinions of me matters to me. Truly.

For the love of racing can we please review rider awareness/competency in some way? I dont think these issues are intentional its just how his brain works, if he was a pilot he would have been grounded years ago.
