Didn't I hear Matthes say on Monday nights show that Jett and Hunter would be on production bikes, and Coop would be on his race bike?  And also that Honda had switched the 450's to GET and probably still ironing some things out.   Anybody confirm this?

I'm neutral on who wins... big fan of Coop but also Jett and Hunter.  I just remember hearing Matthes mention that, and thought he also said Lawrences weren't real happy with their bikes right now.   Not sure why they'd be on production bikes, but if that's true, and they are against Coop on his race bike, then it is an obvious disadvantage.  Just sayin.

Hunter still won, and easily, he was trail riding behind Deano.

Give the Lawrence's their HRC bikes with the works SX transmission, motor and ECU etc and they will make a mockery of that field.

Coop keeps his ailments close to the vest. I hope nothing that will slow him down for A1. He was absolute fire from the drop of the gate.

I reckon they decided to not risk getting Jett hurt last night because of the carnage. Their stockish bikes weren't good off the line either.

Shame about Coops hope he is fine and covering up an injury.

And now Webb and Moss down, Webb looks hurt.

That was crazy... Looked like Matt cross jumped him.  Anyone heard the status of Webb's wrist?

Great racing and so many stories going on with Savatgy's flat and Deano holding off Hunter until the last lap. But the production/camera views weren't that great, you could tell Brayton and Danny were frustrated and trying to point the camera to the battles.

The whole thing was ugly to watch. And everyone thought Bondo was bad 😳

Production was a shit show, Danny Ham and Justin Brayton are great commentators but they were struggling to call what was being fed to them. Camera would focus on a downed back marker picking up his bike, switching focus away when there's a battle for the lead, missing the winners crossing the chequered flag... Flaggers seemed to be very fond of the red cross flag too.

Kayden Minear has a big future ahead of him too.

Shout out to Deano! He put in a hell of a ride and almost beat Hunter.

In the mid race interview he was all whiny and shit. I am like oh boy.

The guy takes a lot of shit but delivered and made it exciting.

Have Vince Friese and Matt Moss ever gotten into it on the track or is it one of those situations where a honey badger knows not to mess with a tasmanian devil and vice versa?

Peaked at 21yrs old. It's actually going to be sad to see this year. You can't make this up

These off season races are gonna do wonders for Webb, I think. Eli as well. A1 is going to be chalk full of guys that are already primed. I feel like the game is changing again, for better or for worse but it seems like there will be no more off season. Unless Sexton comes out and waxes them all, it's gonna be looked at like "no better prep than gate drops!" whether it's true or not. As a fan though, I'm enjoying it!

Oof

Really disappointed they had both Lawrence’s there and Webster but gave winning MXON for the first time ever no recognition in front of an Aussie crowd.  Missed opportunity if you ask me

Just watched the broadcast, yeah a really ugly watch. At one point the broadcast team had to look out their windows to call the action lol. Not sure I agree on commentators take around Savatgy not knowing the points situation for the final race, teams can do math right and instruct what they need to finish?

Disappointed not to see a battle between the Lawrence’s and Webb

Interesting post from Savatgy. Judging by the interactions on the podium, I’m guessing he is not a fan of Jett/Hunter.

Lawrence brothers been on holiday mode.

As soon as MxOn finished up. They seem to be just cruising and enjoying the time off.

Anything less that total domination is complete failure 😂. No other way to interpret it.
