He won two 250 championships, so yes he's a good example of the point I'm making. Room for 250 champions to move up at the factory level, not much room for others.
I do think more guys should move up sooner, it's just a matter of them being willing to go from factory team to support team to do it, and not too many people want to do that for obvious reasons. Hopefully this gets better with new manufacturers coming in and teams like club closing the gap a little more all the time.

I'm a long time fan of the sport, however Ando,s actions were not "good sportsmanship" at times.
Regardless if Ando is fast or not, sportsmanship is a very fine rut, and I believe he deliberatly cross ruted a few times.

He's also a couple seasons removed from winning 7 SX races. It's not like it was that long ago. And if you want to discredit his wins as a lack of competition, then you discredit Tomac's '22 SX title. Ando is still a top guy. Jett is also just that good that he handled him last season. The funniest part of all this teenage drama is Ando throwing his own bait out there from left field. He's got a great sense of humor

You're right....Anderson put in so little effort to going as fast as he can that he won a 450 Supercross Title.....you know, the biggest and most important title in dirt bike racing?
Maybe you aren't familiar with Supercross? But it's the title that pretty much every legit rider to race MXGP does everything they can to get a chance to come win....as a matter of fact, the 2 time defending MXGP champ just said "fuck this joke" and is now here trying to win that title as well. I'm sure you've at least heard of it.

Him being a past champion almost makes it more sad when you see what he has become as a racer since then.

To be fair man, all that sticks out for me from this year is when he was LAPPING little Hunter and the golden boy went out of his way to fuck with someone on the lead lap.

I mean Ando has pulled some moves in his career but I don't think any of them were as low class as being a lapper and fucking with someone on the lead lap.

Deegan leaks the story because he got his feelings hurt and in the end the real story was the Lawrence's made a wise business decision. There was nothing to be gained from the business side by having Deegan there and it would have decreased their take on the back end. Add in the personal drama, and nobody is signing off on that deal. Meanwhile it makes even more of a mockery of the Deegan MXON excuses.
