First I've heard of HD having an MX team this year....

AUSXOpen is run by the same guys who used to run WSX... They run shows not racing. This is a homecoming  celebration for Jett and Hunter, they are the main show.

Paris is also an exhibition race but it holds more prestige/professionalism  than this, which is sad.

This explains the mystery of why Deegan couldn't race MXoN.   Neck and Hunta didn't want him there.

Apparently part of the deal with the Lawrence's to do AusX was that the promoters couldn't  bring in Deegan and Anderson to do the race....beginning to think that Mirtl is a little bitch...if this is true, and it appears that it is, this is not a good look for Team Lawrence....

They could race arenacross that weekend if they want a little more practice before the opener. It might not pay as well but it's less travel.

If true this is extremely disappointing. Would have a lot to do with there agent more then likely, I am a Aussie and going myself and looking forward to it as yes it is a homecoming for them but adding deegan and Anderson in is nothing but benefits for everyone. I look at it as the family’s that won’t and can’t afford to go to the states to see them race and how exciting it is for the kids to see people like Deegan over here cause he has done a lot for the sport already not matter if you like it or not. Always to sides to a story and will never know the full bottom of it but not looking great from the Lawerence camp

Hymas isnt racing is he? Neither Lawrence boy rides 250 class. Why would they care if Deegan raced?

Why would Deegan want to race the event anyway? I thought his focus was 100% on 2025 Supercross. It wouldnt help him for 2025 because he would have no competition here to be challenged. Paris SX would have been a better test for him.

Be interesting to watch the story unfold. From the outside looking in the logic seems irrational. If true it would be all sorts of stupid from the Lawrence boys.

Will be more to do with agents than the brothers themselfs , Brian’s done this in the fmx world with riders attending events , what comes around go around
