I had one exactly like that! Bought it new in 1985 - drove to the factory in Amherst , Ohio and picked it up. Pulled it all over the country for 15 years and sold it after I moved to CA and got pulled over twice for going over 55 on the freeway...Loved that thing!
This one just went up yesterday.

Mine looked exactly like that, but with different wheels! I bought it in 1985. What great trailers, tho I now use a small box truck.
Very nice! If you want to go the route of some of the old "ATK bike shoes" to secure bikes, I have a couple nice ones you can have for free!

Damn I envy you!!!!! I'd love to find one to restore for a personal toy hauler........ We had TWO when I was a kid, both 16 ft. Now that I'm old, kid is grown and gone, one of those would be perfect made into a weekender toy hauler for my dual sport. Wanna sell for a profit????
If so, text me with PRO TRAC at 417 317 6306....... No shit.
Where in Oklahoma are you ? I picked this up in Enid.
Man that brings back so many memories. Good luck with the restore.
North of Tulsa. As I said earlier, we had two. First one was aluminum, second was glass like yours. Both had the walk on roof option, full cabinets, workbench, etc.....
I remember those trailers from back in the day. Coolest trailer ever. I always thought Hi-Point trailers were heavier than their aluminum skinned steel competition. That is why I never considered them.
Am I / was I wrong?
Enid, OK…wow.
I bought a used vehicle from the GMC dealer in Enid about 4 years ago. Made a 3 day road trip with a buddy from here in NC to pick it up. Enid is such a small town in the middle of nowhere in OK. Side streets were mostly dirt roads and windmills all around the country side.
Nice trailer!
They are heavier with their fiberglass body, but not enough to make any difference. Any full-size pickup (Chevy 1500/Ford F150) will pull it no problem. The upside is that it will last nearly forever and not fall to pieces like the others.

That is your good deed for the week!
I think Jody from MXA still has one of the smaller ones in his back yard with Motocross Action along the sides.
Friend has one at his dealership. If I remember I’ll take a pic of it tomorrow. I remember working at the shop and John Penton himself delivered it in 1984 or 1985.
This the by far the largest I’ve seen. I dig it. Wonder if anyone has any info on it or of this model.
I’m gonna have a friend go by and see if it’s for sale.
thats awesome. Is that the 28?. and has ac
