I hope its OK to share this video that we shot a couple of days ago here. You won't get to see one of these incredible bikes running very often. Enjoy
I was very lucky to see Andre ride this bike at the great Namur in 85. Here is a couple shots I took.
It's not letting me upload my photos. I've done it before many times. Sorry.

I give up. Don't know why it's not working properly.
If there’s ever been a bike that exemplifies “works bike,” it’s an 80’s RC500.
Let's put it this way.... you'd get beat up for NOT posting that.... 😁
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for trying. It’s not your fault. This website has been a mess for a few weeks, and NO ONE cares to fix it.
Really sucks because Mumbles always shares the best history/content...
This board needs an upgrade badly.
Don't forget the RC125M and RC250M...
Friggin awesome! Swap that arched rear fender for a current one and these bikes from 40ish years ago highly resemble what we ride today. Beautiful.
The '25 rad shrouds aren't a million miles away from this style.
OK...without question the sexiest factory bikes ever made, IMO. HRC Honda had it going on in the 80's.
That era of works Honda's will never be matched. As the Dr stated, everyone from pro on down dreamed of racing one of those
Thanks Magoofan for the kind words. I can't seem to get the photos uploaded with text just the photos. Oh well there's a couple more anyway.
Another Andrea at Namur in 85 on that bike.
Andrea again at Namur in 85 getting ready to go down onto the asphalt in front of the cafe.
Pit Row
One for Magoofan. Magoo talking to Andrea in the pits at Namur in 85. Magoo rode a KTM 500 that whole season. He won the French 500GP that year.
Pure gold. Thank you 👍
I wish they had somewhere to ride instead of a little corral out back. They got all dressed up to kick it and put around on it.
Great picture! 13 year old me thought nothing would ever surpass those powder blue O'Neal pants for style.
Dubach is an underrated personality in the sport. The dude is hilarious and is still insanely fast.
Those bikes were so crazy. I think that the hand built, exotic nature of those bikes helps underscore how incredible the rides of Bailey, Johnson, and especially O’Mara at the MXdN in 86 on production based bikes were.
Got shots of David's bike from 86 also. From Namur and Luxembourg.
Wining the 86 Championship.
My favortie photo that I have taken.
Mumbles delivers again....
