OP doesn’t understand days of the week.
Ordered on Saturday 8/10/24 some came from Kentucky and some from Utah. Both showed up wednesday hours apart at my door. And then today received this email this morning giving me credit back. Rocky Mountain ATV MC is way better then Motosport.
I just wish Rocky Mountain would make it easier to search through my previous orders. Like Amazon.

Yeah, but you have to go one-by-one through each of the orders. That's fine if I know when I ordered something. But if I want to buy the same sprocket I bought last time, but don't remember exactly when I bought it, I have to go searching one-by-one.
And that's not easy because you have to click "show complete order history", then click on an order and look at the order. Then you click the back button, and you have to click "show ccomplete order history" again. And there's no easy way to see which was the last order you looked at.
On Amazon, I can type "sprocket" and it will show me every order I've ever made that has the word "sprocket" in the description.
Gotcha, that makes sense. I even like the "order again" suggestions. I agree it could be better, but since I used them for a few years before I found the order history, I figured maybe you didn't know it was there. I admit to being a bit tech-ignorant, lol.
I don't think I've ever noticed the "order again" suggestions. Where are those?
This was a really cool feature I didn’t know they had until a year ago. Bought one of the Tusk tires, and the next week they went on sale for $10-$15 off and I got an email that showed they credited the difference to my account. You would be hard pressed to find other companies in this industry who would do the same.
Do they still have days where the RMATV employees maintain local trails?
RMATV gets my business. I tried giving Motosport another chance last year and with their DHL shipping model, I'll never go back. Took 2 weeks to get an item vs. RMATV 3-4 days. Having the RMFantasy game is decent for discounts too.
Being in MN, Dennis Kirk used to ship Speedee and get next day, but last time I ordered this spring, it was shipped USPS and took 3 days. RVMATV has better prices so the fast shipping is not an advantage for DK anymore.
Just to be clear, I meant Amazon when I mentioned the order again suggestions.
Ordered a street bike tire for a friend last Friday morning and it was on my porch the next day (Saturday)...That's my usual service from RMATV MC.

RM is my go to apart from my local dealer. My local dealer is really good at price matching stuff, but I'm also in Canada. Sometimes OEM warehouses up here won't have parts in stock. I'm close enough to the US border (30 min) that I'll order and ship there. Always gets there within a few days. Some of the Tusk tools that I'll only use one a year are nice too. Plus they are big supporters of the sport.
I'm waiting for the day I can get on RM and have a brand new bike shipped to my door.
Just placed another decent sized parts order Monday afternoon. It wasn't here in under 24 hours like most are but it was here today. That's the 4th order ive placed since around june 25th.
Ordered a new rear tire Sunday, saved over twenty bucks between fantasy points and some left over RM cash. Showed up today, I’m in Texas. Hard to beat ‘em in my opinion.
Mounted the tire only to realize I pinched the fucking tube, which I probably haven’t done in fifteen years, and ofcourse I didn’t have a spare. Sucks to suck!
Something has definitely changed. Rocky mtn is my go to for moto, but roughly 4 months ago the deliveries were no longer as quick as they once were. I went from 2 day and on occasion next day delivery to my nowhere town in Pennsylvania to upwards of a week. I noticed the delivery service went from FedEx to ONTRAC. Often time they show up in personal or rental vehicles to make the delivery. I suspected this change is what is causing the delay.
They’re pretty big supporters of the Colorado Trails Preservation Alliance.

I’ve never had any problems with Rocky Mountain I’m on the west coast and would get my orders within 2-3 days ground, always took advantage of the points as well. One time I ordered something that I wasn’t sure included the hardware so I ordered the hardware too they call me a couple hours later and let me know it’s included with the part as a kit and I’ve never spoken with them over the phone. Saved me 10-15 bucks and the hastle of returning it.
I ordered a handful of Yamaha OEM parts including a new YZ250 crank on Monday early afternoon eastern time. Delivery on the site said Wednesday the 21st. Didn't hear anything so I chatted with them online on Tuesday. They said it would be delivered Thursday, so I had them change it and paid to overnight shipping since I was suppose to leave for the track today. It didn't ship until yesterday (21st) 2 days after I ordered it. And they still shipped it Fedex 2 day. Now I can't leave for the track because they were inept and couldn't do their job.
Don't have a lot of experience with RM, but I ordered a helmet and some hard parts Monday morning and they showed up yesterday in Seattle.
I've never had an issue ordering stuff from them....and it gets to me quickly enough.
No complaints.
First world problems.
I just got a $25 gift card from Rocky Mountain for donating to the CTPA.
My only issue, like others have stated, is this new ONTRAC shipper they use. I live in Kentucky so all my orders used to show up the next day from usps and fed ex. Now it takes 3-4 and the package travels all over the place, down to Tennessee, up to Ohio, then back down to Kentucky. And they don’t pick it up the same day sometimes either it appears.
For a while, the big hold up in ordering from RMATVMC to the Northwest area was the FedEx distribution center in Troutdale, OR. Orders used to get there and then enter a black hole for days. But that wasn't unique to RMATVMC. And it was pretty good the last couple of years, but 2020-2022 was pretty difficult.
Haven't ordered anything from them since I've been in Texas, though.
I’ve always bought from Motosports, but have been transitioning to RM MC. They seem to have better pricing on OEM parts and I like their selection..also notice they do ship faster than Motosports.
Update 5th order from them in under 2 months and 2nd this week. Placed a order Wednesday this is the first one that ive had ship thru ontrac. Cant get any info on where the package is or when it will arrive. Just says shipped. Ill update when i receive it.
Dang I remember that. Had all sorts of parts stuck in freaking Troutdale. Did anyone figure out the cause of the delays? Short-staffed I assume?
Yeah, I remember reading that FedEx had a job vacancy rate of 30-40% in Troutdale for quite a while, even with sign on bonuses and some pretty decent hourly rates. I wouldn't be surprised if they start having the backups again for Christmas season, though.
7pm Saturday just received this order. This is the longest ive ever had to wait for a rm order and the latest its been delivered.
