I think we've already seen what happens when a rider blames the bike, then one of the best gets on it...

Roczen is a bad ass, simple as that.  Glad to see him back on the bike and mixing it up.

Beliving that Ken will have anything for Deegan sounds like hopes and dreams, but he should be good for a top 5.

He clearly is one of those riders that can jump on any CC of bike and go fast. From early days we have seen him run both 250f and 450 in Germany, the 125 in his last GP where he did a hell of a job on that bike with those hills.

The cr250 and yz250 at straight rythm, the -93 in terrafirma 94 and the rm 85 and 125 with Carson Brown.

The 250 Championship will already be wrapped up before Ironman. Kenny might catch the kids sleeping.

Did he find a work around in his contract?  Win bonus 100k but does not mention which class?  Lol. I am sure it doesnt work that way.

In the ultimate plot twist Deegan could jump up to a 450 .

I don't think its crazy to think that Kenny could win. Look what he did last year on a 450. With a holeshot and some good luck on his side and not as good luck on Deegan's side. I could see him wining a moto or overall.  It would have to be some kind of record for the most time between 250 class wins IF he did win.

It would also not surprise me if he just ran an uneventful top 5 either.  I think that Kenny has fun when he is dicing it up , up front. So I think that he is going to want to be up there if he is racing. It's cool to see happen.  How cool would it be if Webb, Tomac and Roczen all rode the 250 class.

Its cool to see stuff like this happen to spice up the races.

I was watching washougal 99 the other day and RC was on track to break bombers record at Broome. And he was planning on racing Steel City 99 on a 250. Oh what could have been.

If he gets a start I can see him going for it,  deegan is not a "faster" rider than ken his bike is going to be a bit better.

I'd love to see Ken smoke the 250 riders, especially Deegan, but no way he has more in the tank than Deegs does, or has nearly as fast of a bike. Maybe he can make it interesting for a few laps though, let's be real he's a more talented rider than Vialle is.

250 Class in AMA motocross looks more and more like MX2 in the GPs ,only one brand on the paddock,

And BARX Is not going to get better results on those Yamahas with their current riders, only Schuartz is capable to get top 10s

He's probably the most talented guy on that line, period.  The guy was winning GP'S at 15.

I agree, the fitness wont be there compared to guys who've been getting after it all year..... but I think the bike will be less of a hinderance at ironman..... its a faster track, and the bark of the yamaha won't be as much of a factor there.

I also think those twisted development suzuki's are underrated... wish they'd give one to vital or mxa to test in full race spec.

Of course Kenny is ready to go once he sees Jett is out of the picture. What a weenie.

Remember Troll being the only non-Star 250 to jump the leap a couple years back on his JGR zook 250, pretty sure they can make the bike fast

When was the last time you saw Ken being able to do a full moto at 100% speed without fade at the end?

He will need to ride at 100% to battle with dangerboy and i doubt that Ken will last 30+2 doing that.

i see this as Roczen starting his prep for MXdN 2025.......

racing Unadilla in his regular bike to get to race form, then 2 weeks after, racing Ironman in the 250f to work on this pure speed.......what better way to find out where you are in pure speed, then grabbing a 250f and racing the boys.......

Germany has a very good team, they can win it in a good day....

Where he was caughed and droped?.

All of his results are based on a good start and hoping that the other riders don’t catch him at the end now days.

But writing this i remember the second smx where Jett let him by, that race he did not fade. But the last 10 minutes of a moto if it comes down to a man to man battle between him and dangerboy i would not bet my house on Roczen.

At this point in his career, he doesn't owe us anything.  That said, He has never showed up unprepared, IMO he will be a front runner for sure.

just looking at those photos makes it difficult for me to understand even lining up, much more fading in the end of a moto in ama proracing.......

a admit that Roczen is one of my favorite racers, but i guess that  a lot of mx fans feel the same......whatever you get from Ken Roczen racing, is a pleasure to enjoy, he races for himself, his way, and he still does a damn good job at it.......

who would have bet on him to beat Jett and Prado in 2023 MXdN ??? not me either, but that's what he is all about, never count him out......

Kenny has done more marketing for Suzuki’s motocross efforts than corporate this point. I fucking love it.

Kenny will likely finish second at Unadilla, and 1st to 4th at Ironman on the 250.

Caught and dropped by who? I recall him being passed by a single rider all Sunday. And that was Jett who was just faster than him and really faster than anybody on this planet last year. Idk if you can call that fading if someone gets passed on lap 7 or 8 and stays within 10 seconds of him the entire rest of the moto.

Sure he has had issues with fading in the past but 2023 he was much better in that respect. Even in SX this year. I also don't remember him fading at High point last year or in SMX.
