Apparently they train and ride together all the time.
Beatons oldman trains them.
His older brother ross trains them, he is a really good rider himself.
He has speed. Looked like the wind went out of the sails though. VERY impressed with his ride 👍

I did end up racing mx2 actually too. Borrowed bikes, tools, equipment, basically everything. Got smoked. 28-27 moto scores, never had done a pro race before. Was on holiday and made it all work. Soo much fun

Track was sick. Awesome layout, great flow, the hills and elevation were wonderful. Track shaped up way different then an American track. Got rutted and rock hard. But overall a great experience and I’d definitely do it again.
Cool, it’s one of the best in Oz imo, even though it’s lost a bit of character with changes over the years. Unfortunately there’s not enough room to run an international race like MXdN there, because that would be awesome.
Yea. Definitely not enough space for a big race like mxdn. Even for me I was parking in the privateer pit area and Sunday morning I couldn’t even park there. Had to park on the next street over and walk in.
I used to race there back in the day.
I wasn't impressed with the massive table tops and whoops.
They were unforgiving and need a bit of work. Its not stadium X.
Mates MX3 rider wasnt into it.

Yeah that’s why I said it’s lost some of its character, it used to be totally unique. Now not so much, but it’s still a great setting and there aren’t too many tracks around with elevation changes that big.
Ever ride it when the start straight went further up the hill? Man it was fast!
On club days you get 3 different tracks, wet and slick in moto 1, perfect in moto 2, dry, hard and dusty in moto 3. The layout has changed quite a bit over the years.
Track was a heap of shit.
