We know JT reads and hopefully with Jett not on the track he can talk about the other amazing riders and not just the “one” he is a fan of. Being a fan is ok but that’s not your job as a pit reporter for all riders.
I’m not discrediting his skill, he is amazing at what he does. But this season, he just can’t seem to stay away from the Jett talk. We get it, Jett is a generational talent. But you don’t have to tell us the sky is blue and the grass is green every weekend for 45 out of the 60 mins of racing.
Just look for Jett's lap if you want to find JT.
Is this the most responsible thing to do what with the birth of his first child coming soon?
Or does he feel the need to give Deegan moral support from her recent termination?

I sometimes wonder if maybe JT's bosses tell him which rider/riders to talk about when he's on the air? Just thinking out loud, I could be wrong...
I agree. JT is good at what he does, listens to constructive criticism, and needs to recognize and shake his bias. Not hating at all, just offering a little feed back, he’s a smart man and will do something with it, or not…
One thing you can guarantee with JT, and that's lots of Jett talk and a focus on Fly guy chance hymas before the start of every race moto on the start line
I tend to agree with this, Jett and Haiden are the "show" and they want that agenda crammed down our throats.
I really enjoyed his first moto insight at The Wick when he said JL was only riding at 80%.
Funny though, I don't remember hearing him making the same observation in the 2nd moto when Chase laid the wood to everyone.
Probably just an oversight - I'm sure they'll address it in their pre-pro meetings for Reeeeeeed Buuuuuuuud.
Jett Talk Jason Thomas has a ring to it. He can just adapt his given initials for Jett Talk from now on.

Get ready for probably the biggest weekend of Jett TV...They will have JT running around like a little schoolgirl following Jett to talk about his injury, they will also have to get Lars take on it and it will be the most talked about story line on the broadcast. Plus its an NBC weekend so they will dumb everything down so a toddler can understand...the best non-Jett part of the weekend will be the podium interview between JT and Deegs as it's very apparent that they don't think to highly of each other...
Thank God I'm not alone in here about the ridiculous JT fanboy over Jett. Christ. I can only imagine him crying and then panicking once he heard Jett was out. "Now who tf am I going to talk about for 50 mins of the broadcast....?"

Blair was the original Jett fangirl....but JT's not far behind..
There is a difference between following program orders covering certain riders and gargling the balls of your favorite rider. JT gargles while the rest of the broadcast reports without favoritism and it’s glaringly obvious lol.
JT posted on twitter that despite the surgeon only being at 80% he was still able to fix Jetts thumb.
LMFAO! Imagine if the surgeon gave it 100%? Jett would be back practicing already

In for red bud as in the pits and watching the race, or a part of the TV broadcast team. But not racing.
In his Instagram post that is posted above, he said he hopes to be back riding by SMX.
It is pretty obvious the favoritism (maybe rightfully so) with JT interviewing Lars at damn near every race. Would be cool if he would talk to some other Team managers throughout the day and get their insight.....even those of smaller Teams that have some great riders.
With Jett attending, they should have him interview Anderson. That would be gold.
