Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
The tech info Kawi sent over for the '25 450 shows it unchanged.
$9k on the Kawasaki site.
The new CRF250 is $8299. Crazy to think a Honda is cheaper then a Kawasaki now. I need to find a deal on a CRF lol Even with destination charges the KX costs more. I was really wanting the new '25 KX250 now I'm rethinking everything. Love the '21 I have with KYB.
Kawi usually has rebates the first of the year even on current year models. Honda rarely does.

$189.95 - $239.95
I never though we’d see the day a green bike with higher MSRP than a red bike. With that said I’d guess Kawasaki will more than likely offer aggressive rebates and financing.
Friend of mine said Kawi is paying $1000 to win an A class national enduro, KTM pays $150 lol. I'd say the woods are about to get green(er) this fall/winter. The bikes look really good, I'm glad to see Kawi ditched one frame for all and put the 250 back on its own frame.
I think kawi is running the same contingency in gncc. Ktm pays out for a lot of local series in Indiana so it pays to see who pays what for the races you run.
Doesn’t even have to be any national series. They pay good money ($300-$500) to win even Vet C classes in local series too.
Crazy these newer 250fs are reaching wet weights of 450s back in the carb era. Kawasaki seems hell bent on taking the top spot all the R&D they are putting into their bikes. I've never owned a kawasaki that may change in the near future.
I wonder if the 250 will be choked up like the 450 is this year
I’ve seen quite a few remarks already about Kawasaki’s decision to use 48mm Showa forks on the ‘25. Apparently they haven’t been used in nearly a decade since Honda used them.
In the first round of press releases, I’d SWEAR I saw 48mm, but now on the Kawasaki website it shows this:
what’s up with that??
Now in all Kawasaki website it is written 49mm....
Apparently they are using the same web guys as KTM...It probably is the 49mm. The tooling for the 48mm is probably buried in a warehouse in Japan (or China).
When will be the press days ?
ML said August.
Strange thing, on the datasheet the wheelbase is longer on the 250 compare to the 450...
It has been higher for me last 4 years.
The head angle bro.
Pit Row
But it seems to be the same....
It'll be around two months before we get to ride the new 250. Later August by the sounds of it.
All in, I’ve actually made more money racing +50B class this year than I’ve spent thanks to that contingency. I’m like a professional rider so far this year! 😂
Any update on availability and press rides?
Gained about 3 lbs
Kawi is a better bike…
Tires I believe
Tires and all the hardware for the new electronics/handlebar map switch/Bluetooth tuning etc. That stuff is not made of air.
Gained 3 lbs
Any updates on a release date or any testing…..? We’re so deep into August I haven’t slept right in weeks! 😬
My shop said they would get their first bike in 2 weeks (pre-sold).
Keefer said on his latest podcast that he is hearing October for the media ride day. Not the first time bikes hit dealers before the media gets theirs, but I am a little surprised they would launch an all new bike that way.
