Round 2 MX and we still don’t have answers!! Chase 2nd Moto today he literally was beast mode! He was channeling Eli on his best day and sprinkle in Jeffery Iron Man that is what we witnessed. Jett had a rough day and could not counter Chase, but I am loving the love and respect Chase is receiving Jett has had the same spread across the last MX season this feels like a reset!

Chase rode great, but doubt he gained magical speed to beat jett at 100% fit.

That was an absolutely legendary ride by Chase and it will be remembered for a long time, but am I a bit delusional when I say that when Jett doesn't go down there in moto 1, he goes 1-1 again and we would have talked about Sextons mistakes again? It's weird how the perspectives can change in a heartbeat, that's the beauty of motocross.
I hope Jett will be 100% again over the next 1-2 rounds and that Chase brings exactly that level but with good starts, that's what we fans need.
Come on guys, it's going to be ok.

Nice to see someone else win (and agree gotta be in it to win it), but nobody suddenly gained speed yesterday..Jett was just slower ..
Idk about you but I have never seen Chase go from 40th to 1st before. He was clearly riding better than he ever has in his life, and it showed on the track, and with results. He was most definitely riding at a level that he hasn't riden at before... If someone rides better/faster than before, would that not mean they "gained" speed?
Jett trying to “open it up” on the first lap is what put him on the ground. He is human, he is beatable and it’s motocross he isn’t excluded from hitting the dirt. I applaud his string of not falling, but as we all know, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
if it wasent so obvious no matter how u look at it , the only thing I got outta this is the new guard is truly here , from here on out every title series is goona be either chase or Jett as ur #1 plate holder
Was great to see him win, been hoping for that. But it’s absolutely correct that we don’t know if he had the speed to beat a full on Jett ..my guess is no (as much as we’d all like that to be true)..

I'm a Chase fan but I'm sure not like, Chase found a new level yesterday! Jett ate major shit yesterday. I see it taking a couple weeks to be back up to speed. Unless he tore something, God forbid. But I can't see it with how well he still rode 2nd moto
I don't know if Chase found another level, but that ride absolutely elevated his confidence to a level he probably has not had since battling Eli two years ago. For the last year he has been internally and externally blaming the bike etc, but now I think he believes he has it.....so he likely does. Hope Jett is good next week and we get to see a shootout in Lakewood!
They claimed, after Pala Roger was very happy with Chase's performance. That Roger said he was the best rider on the track. Roger's not one to sugar coat things.
Chase's bike looked like it had a hinge in the middle all day. Some were speculating something was wrong with the setup, but he adapted and used it like a hammer made of rope to put up a legendary performance
Because riding over your head at that moment, making a mistake, and crashing still fucking counts. Everybody lines up on the start gate and they finish where they finish. Some people "if and but" the shit out of any possible scenario to fit their bias. That ride by Chase was legendary. I thought for a moment I actually saw a unicorn....
Chase was awesome! I'm too lazy to look up the average gap Jett beat AP by in the last 24 outdoor motos, if you smell what I'm putting down.

Next week will be huge for momentum for the season. If Jett comes back with a 1-1 he'll cement that it's still his series and Sexton only took advantage of his crash.
If Sexton can take the W and maybe even go through Jett to do it, game on.
First time I’ve seen Hunter and Jett look that uncomfortable. Those rear wheels were swapping almost from the beginning of that second moto. Hunter’s even did it once on that long uphill before that table/hip. I just want to see a healthy Jett and whoever that Chase Sexton was that showed up yesterday both get good starts and we get an actual battle of the two front runners. Bring on Lakewood!!!! 🤟🏼
To be fair...those rock hard little kickers had everyone sideways at some point. The track was fast and choppy...perfect for eating shit.
And finally he made aggressive passes, which he didn’t do so far. I like it!

Very interesting how fickle fans are. Last week, “no one is touching Jett, he’s going undefeated again! “ This week, “Sexton is the new champ, stamp it!”
You can argue all you want about what would've happened if Jett wasn't injured, but the bottom line is that Chase was absolutely hauling ass! I don't believe a healthy Jett would've had anything for him. 40th to 1st is no joke.
