Hope Filthy isn’t as bad as it appears, he’s a man that deserves to go out with his boots on

I was disappointed they didn’t show replay or have a follow up on Phil.

To me it looked like he was fine but just rattled. Maybe it's wishful thinking but I'm assuming by the non-update and judging by his demeanor he's "fine".

I'm worried there is a leg/hip issue...but when the leaders came around he wasn't still laying in the track so it must not be too serious?

Yeah looked to me like he couldn't use one of his legs to get himself up.... hope not but can't imagine him just sitting there like that if he could stand up on his own.

He was pointing to one of his legs and couldn’t move, they had to carry him off the track.  Absolutely sucked to see him go down he was holding his own up there and looked great, hoping something is just strained and no major injuries.

According to Matthes X feed, Phil's limping around the pits saying "I shot myself in the dick and here we are"

He has been running so well. Praying just sore and not the end of an era. Hopefully it's not a hip, been there sitting like that on the track and limped off.

Hopefully that’s the case, not sure if he was motioning for a medic because he knew he was hurt, but knowing Phil he was wondering where the flagger was 🤣

That was my thought! It looked like he was just trying not to get ran over and it took way too long for a flagger to adequately let the other riders know he was there. He almost got smoked multiple times even by waving and trying to alert other people on his own.

So pumped we got to see Phil today - he was in great spirits as always. Hope he’s ok.

Maybe its the 103.5 oz of mickeys in me but his right ankle didn't look nice and straight the way it should be.

I’m thinking just the opposite. He started to get up and the veteran in him knew his best bet was to sit still and just raise his hands let the riders avoid him instead of stepping in front of one. I have no idea what happened but that was scary AF and reminded me of what I imagine ended Weston’s career

I really want to buy that shirt, not sure where to get it though.

It was a limited team fried drop a while ago

Hoping Steve has an update tonight on the Monday show....I'm thinking...if Phil can still hoble around that he will be good to go to finish the season...at least i hope so.

The sport needs a hard look at flagging. It looks bush league and honestly is embarrassing to the entire sport. Million dollar rigs, corporate investment, high tech machines with elite world class riders. Protected by a slightly trained person who may or may not know wth is going on for a T-shirt and hot dog.
🤔

You'd think DC could use some of that Honda kickback money and pay some flaggers since they are the ones who promote the whole series.
