Was only chicken shit because he didn’t break Andersons leg then run him over him
Anderson would be better served trying to actually win a race with clean passes. Take out moves to get you into fourth place aren’t going to impress anyone, nor improve his bank account too much.
How funny would it have been if Webb not losing a position to Anderson played a role in winning the title
I don’t know, some people in here seems pretty impressed by him and his way of ”racing”..

So because Hunter fell over while Anderson passed him he gets a pass, Anderson didn’t even touch him, yet the tough guy Hunter “who knows how to handle himself” needs to wait until getting lapped to do something, lol
People don't seem to realise that "clean" racing is not simply not touching the other riders, or even both riders not crashing, but both riders getting away clean and swapping positions. Taking riders unnecessarily high in corners is just poor form, same as when Barcia t-boned Jett. Anderson knows where is on the track. How many times did RC kindly remind us how much training they do? Anderson has probably ridden a bowl turn 2 million times. The thing with Anderson is, he is a fast dude. There is no reason to do that type of racing. If you are the faster rider, you can pass cleanly - it is that simple.
And on the other hand, Hunter's conduct is disappointing but understandable. I would expect (and hope for fairness) the AMA to penalise him for it, and hopefully this doesn't result in a beef with Anderson. The thing is, Anderson is on the way out with nothing to lose and Hunter has everything to gain by not making enemies. And as Anderson will realise, a penalty to the other rider doesn't make up for the damage done.
The problem is with Andersons type of riding it’s ok for him to ruin someones race as long as they are on the same lap.
Both Anderson and Barcia should have a life time probation since that’s the only time they actually race some what clean.
Anderson will fade into obscurity. This was truly his last year to bag a result, he is fighting for a ride, as always it’s confrontations that ruin his results. I understand people will argue purely out of dislike for Lawrence’s but Anderson just sabotages himself in this way all the time over the years and his sponsors and team don’t deserve it. Dude’s such a goof. Prado can’t arrive soon enough for them.
Lappers deliberately taking out top runners and ruining their race is not OK, it feels like fighters sucker punching the opponent after they lost and it should be penalized accordingly. They both fought for the same position, Hunter went down, Anderson came out on top on this one. Hunter has to get up, catch Andersson on the same lap and run him of the track or if he can't catch him, remember it and give it back to him next time when you are both in the same race or even in practice - fair game. There was a race going on and when you are not in it you can't ruin the other guys race and get a slap on the wrist. In UFC Paul Dalay got a lifetime ban after sucker punching Josh Koscheck.
I like both Bogle and Hunter and I don't like how Anderson often is overly agressive but taking one of leaders out on purpose when you are a lap behind is a coward move. Give it back to hime when you are both in the fight.
Exactly. Anderson’s career could’ve went differently if he would’ve cleaned up his riding but for some reason he hasn’t. I’m not defending him more on the lines that you don’t mess with people when you aren’t in the race.
That was some Saturday night short track justice. Happens on a weekly basis on almost every short track in the country. Watch some YouTube videos of Bowman Gray Stadium paybacks. What goes around comes around.
“….Anderson didn’t even touch him”
lol, yeah guess he’s touching him as Hunter falls on top of him after losing his front. Look at that JA in the main line can’t help it Hunter didn’t let up and tried to create a new one outside of that
Have you ever considered doing fairytale writing professionally?
I can take or leave both Hunta and Anderson. I thought it was chicken shit to take Hunter high and take him out. It was sure enough chicken shit for what Humta tried. He should have waited till next year and got even. Anderson needs a good smack down. He pulls this crap way to often. I like hard nose racing like everybody else. But what Anderson did wasn’t necessary.
Touch him or not, he took him high for the sake of taking him high when he could have cut down and finished the pass and went forward.... it's just stupid riding is all it is. Other guys don't ride that way not because they lack something that Anderson has and they don't... they don't ride that way because they have racing sense that Anderson doesn't have. Over the course of his career, what has this junk gotten Anderson that he couldn't have gotten without it?
You reap what you sow. Don't know how anyone can possibly argue that Anderson's night went better than it otherwise would have because of the choice he made in that moment. The problem with him and everyone else like him is they don't care enough for it to matter.
He basically ran him off the track . I used to like JA but he just continues to screw himself with shit he doesn't need to do . If I was Hunter I would've put him on the ground he'll probably get dq'd anyway .
Is that why Dungey has more titles than Stew cause the fastest riders win? lol nope speed doesn’t equal titles. Been proven over and over.
Pit Row
It's the final race of the season, JA21 is in for the win....that one lap bitch slap by Hunter was the foul, I got no respect,..he's always been a whiner
Can't find footage, but apparently Jason ran Hunter to the edge of the track early, Hunter passed him back clean, then Jason runs him high in the final turn and puts him down. If true, that's 3 times Jason has targeted Hunter in recent times, ruining a chance at another solid finish.
Jason's lucky Hunter didn't properly return the favour and put him on the ground in that retaliation.
First lap Anderson ran Hunter wide...
Then Hunter pass Anderson...
Dungey wasn't fast? 80 wins.
Uuhhhh... pretty sure speed is a necessary component of every title ever won.
You're confusing necessary and sufficient.
@Last2Stroke thanks mate. Maybe not as wide as anticipated but eh. Hunter bias here but 21 still had it coming, right or wrong.
When Dungey won the 2015 450 Supercross Championship, he set the fastest lap time in 4 of the 17 races, he was not the fastest at 76% of the tracks, but he was the most consistent.
Someone seems a bit emotional
Anderson and Hunter have had multiple run-ins this season, it's likely to continue.
The common denominator is always Anderson. Multiple other riders throughout the years have gotten tired of his shit and retaliated. I can't believe some people are really giving Hunter shit about him finally saying enough. If y'all were in Hunter's situation, you'd get tired of it too
" And I think you are right. Anderson definitely WILL DO it again."
Anderson learnt from Friese...
