If I could get a good deal on a 25 300sx id buy one in TX next week. I think they should be showing up about that time?
Call Chip at Munn
Wife wanted to visit Magnolia in Waco, so I talked her in to a quick detour to Munn.
I’m not sure who had more fun that day, but I only got my picture with ONE Chip in Texas…and it wasn’t Gaines 👍🏻
Straight Line Motorsports in Arlington 👍 for KTM, Husky and GG.

I am the store manager of Kent Motorsports/35 North Honda in New Braunfels, TX right in I35, half way between Austin, and San Antonio-we sell new GasGas's and Honda's, all brands used, and we try our best to have very competitive prices, common parts needed in stock, and we have a tiered Rider Support Program to help with the cost of parts/accessories, along with being very fair on trade in values. We are out at the local tracks almost every Sunday with a fleet of new demo bikes from 450's down to pit bikes for riders to "try before they buy"
I ride along with both of my son's who work with me at the dealership, so we can answer questions for riders of all sizes and skill levels. Sometimes we are the cheapest in Texas, sometimes not, but I do sell every unit myself and want to be fair and reasonable with each and every customer I come in contact with. 830 624-3000. kentmotorsports.com. Thanks, Jason Johnson
Straight Line and KTM of North Texas are the same shop.
I'm not really a ktm fan. But if you can find a better dealer the slm or munn let me know. Both are old school dealers that believe in supporting the sport.
Shout out to Chip Munn and Big J at Munn racing. Got me and the boy back on some dirt scooters after a nice little break. Solid dudes and great no haggle pricing.
If I were told by a dealer that they ‘wouldn’t honor’ a factory rebate, my very next action would probably be to call my state’s attorney general. I’m pretty certain that the Kawasaki rebate is customer cash, not dealer cash. If they were to withhold that from you, it would definitely seem to be illegal. If it were a dealer cash incentive, then that’s a completely different thing entirely.
X2.
also. Cycle Shack North by 3 palms in Conroe, or cycle center of Denton if in DFW area.
Munn is the one. Amazing pricing and customer service/support. Additionally, as others have alluded, Chip's attitude and tireless work ethic are second to none..as is his support of the MX and Off Road communities in Texas.
Central Yamaha & Plano Honda
hope you have a time machine
I was parked next to you guys last weekend at Murphy’s. Well, the weekend before last.
TJ's Cycle in Austin, TX. Last 2 purchases have been there. No complaints.
Another vote for Munn. And one for both Wild West & Cycle Shack North. Those were my 3 go to dealers when I lived in San Antonio.
Met the guy who owns TJ’s at a sprint enduro. Super cool guy, racing family too.
So went to Grapevine Kawasaki today as they had KX 450 at $ 7584 listed. Spoke to the kid and asked him how much otd with 3k down and finance the rest. He told me somewhere about $ 9800 otd. I had a qoute of $ 8943 and another for $ 8650 otd price. He said let me talk to my GM and came back with a price $ 8495 otd lol. I was in hurry and gave him $ 250 down and going back to get it next Saturday. Sometime I wonder who hires these kids to work in these shops
Pit Row
Probably could've saved you $500 and had it delivered to your front door. A dealership in Chatsworth, CA has '24 KX450's for $6995 & when I purchased new from them less than 2 yrs ago, they charged a $300 or $350 one time fee, and I had it shipped for $500 to my front door in 2 days from when it left their dock.
But, I saved over $1000 versus N TX dealers then, so maybe for saving just a little, its good to support local
San Marcos Motorcycles isn't too far from you and is another great option for Beta/Sherco. Supports the local trial scene in Austin from what I remember.
Big Country already mentioned is great, used to be 10 minutes down the road from me, and was my usual go to.
