I'd love to hear some opinions from actual users.  Upcoming WORCS race will be in mid-90 degree temps!

Moose Sahara for me. Not as durable because it's so thin but there are no more vented pants out there. Seven has a pretty good vented jersey as well

Is FXR any good ? What do you think of 98 Thor mesh gear compared to today’s stuff, serious question?

Only vented gear i have worn is Fly kinetic mesh. i can really notice the difference when wearing the vented gear or the regular gear.

Fox airline is good. Fairly durable too for vented gear. The fly kinetic mesh pants I’ve had have all blown through the knees after a couple rides. Troy Lee makes some really good vented gear in the GP Air and SE Air lines.

Thor vented prime is OK after cutting out the liner

The TLD SE ultra is the most vented gear I’ve used. No liner in the pants and a lot of vent holes in them. Jersey is vented as well with a very fine fabric to kinda “filter” out the dirt.

Fly kinetic mesh like another poster mentioned. Durability is awesome too, I have a set from 2019/2020 that still works and looks great. The super thick leather on the knees is great if you wear knee braces or grip the bike really tight. Having the entire gear set be perforated without loosing durability is really nice

This. Wore my SE gear at the San Felipe 250 a few weeks ago. It was only in the 80s…but, it felt HOT 😂so I chose my SE gear. It worked.

I can also vouch for TLD but i use the GP vented… it might be a little more robust than the SE line but it’s still really good here in Vegas at 110!

Klim Mojave is the most vented, and the most durable…It lasts forever.

The moto focused ventilated gear just doesn’t hold up to off-road abuse…not a big deal if you can afford to replace it often.

Another vote for the Kinetic mesh.  About 220 hrs on the hour meter in the last 3ish years and  the I'd estimate 2/3 of that was in 1 pair of Kinetic mesh.  They're pretty ratty looking now but still fully functional.

Anyone know where I can get these vented Ethika shorts? I don’t see them on their website :/

Fly kinetic mesh has been extremely durable for me and it breathes pretty well. I have had good luck with the last generation Astars Supertech too but I have heard the 23/24 might not be as good. Rmatv has some deals on certain colors of 2023 Astars gear.

I use the GP Air during the summer and they are great.

This is a good topic, Southeast Texas is humid and hot as hell June through Sept., even into Oct some years.  The O’Neal stuff I were is hot.  I have some new Fly Racing F16 gear that’s light weight.  I haven’t worn, cause I decided to bulk up on beer and BBQ and can’t get pants buttoned lol.  I need to read through the thread and find out what’s vented and fits old fat guys!

FXR Helium. I have not tried the new Vapour Air line yet.

When I lived in the desert I tried vented Thor gear and Fox airline stuff. The Fox airline had bigger holes and was my go-to, along with an LS2 helmet that vented better compared to my Bell

Another vote for the Fly Kinetic mesh, if you shop around for older colorways you can find some great deals.

Vents really well but beware if its dusty it lets all the dust through too. Did a crazy dusty two hour hare scramble last year in mine and it looked like I rode it shirtless I was so dirty underneath but its worth it.

I bought the Fly Patrol a few years ago thinking it was cold weather gear when ordering. Total opposite, super lite weight with zipper openings for even more air flow and the jersey has holes on the backside for venting. Might be another choice for some hot weather riders ??

They hv a new model pant out that’s more vented.  Best looking gear the other models hv a stripe design. Nearly all the front is vented.
