100% gotta give it up to Jett after last night. I’ve been as anti-Lawrence as anybody, but that one impressed me more than Daytona. He was chillin on a track that didn’t even look a little bit fun to ride, looked like he was on a Sunday cruise. If he wanted to I’m sure he could’ve won by 20 seconds, but he has a game plan. My only hope is that Sexton can figure things out, get the ball rolling into outdoors and next year. Or that JCoop can continue improving at the rate he is. I’m not holding my breath on any of that though, I don’t like it one bit but 18 is on another level. A lot of guys thinking about retirement I bet.
7 more years of this and he beats 72.

Awesome stat sheet!
Thanks!
Now on 30 career wins, equal to Bailey and Keidrowski.
It's an impressive start to his 450 career, 100% win rate in Motocross, 50% win rate in Supercross.
Looked like he was just playing with Ken and Chase last night. They look like they’re trying hard, and he looks like he’s paying attention to how Hunter is doing on the other side of the track while racing them.
Great stats, thank you! Curious question, I heard on Pulp JS7's heat race win percentage was off the charts, anybody know what that is as well?
He undoubtedly has the most talent we have ever seen on a motorcycle. The overbearing speed without riding over the edge Is unheralded. Its scary to think what he could do if he went balls to the wall.
We are witnessing greatness. Whether you like him or not, you have to respect it.
Anxiously awaiting the 13th race statistic. Edge of my seat !!!
Since Jett jumped on a 450 at the beginning of 2023 his average finish in every race he's entered (including Mxon and SMX) is 2.03
Pretty incredible how consistent a rookie has been!
250 SX are Regional Events, but technically the East/West Showdowns are National Events since they combine the East and West Regions into one race. Jett has 2 Showdown wins. Just sayin'...
updated
Jett is now on 31 career wins, 17th on the all time list, ahead of Bailey and Keidrowski, 4 short of Windham.
He’s definitely going to make a run at some records. Very weak era he’s going to be in and he’s a top tier talent.
Im just glad that he got here in time to beat all the current ”top guys” so we could put the weak field bs to rest that we got to hear all summer.
Because as you say, within 1-2 years it will be a really weak field with half the 450 guys that will retire and some of the current top 250 riders like RJ being close to 30 to.
Outatsandable!
Pit Row
updated, Jett Lawrence ties Jimmy Ellis for most wins after 15 starts
I can not wait for Jett to be the all time win leader. It will happen. There isn’t anyone of his talent level coming-and the guys that can beat him will retire soon. Go JETT! Get that record!
This is actually an interesting list and pretty fun to follow. Thanks OP!
This has been awesome to follow! Thanks for putting the time in
Somebody explain this, ive read it 4 times and can’t understand what the hell this is.
It's a list of how many 450SX wins every rider had after racing the same number of mains that Jett has.
The race result listed next to the number of wins is the most recently added race result. It's not really that important, it's more of a way for me to bookmark where each rider is at.
It's interesting the Goat, Ricky Carmichael won't show up on the list until his first win after 25 races!
Thats just cuz he was preparatin' for a broadcaster degree...
Jett is rocketing to the top of the list!
@smee113 Let's say Jett has an injury at some point and misses some races, those will still count as races passed right? Or are you strictly doing the amount of races he's entered in? The wording in the original post is a little weird.
Strictly off the number of mains Jett has made. I refer to them as "races" since not all Supercross races are mains (IE, Double Headers and Triple Crowns).
I think missed races would be too hard to calculate since some riders raced 450SX part-time (not missed due to injury), and LCQ results only go back to the mid-80's via Cycle News.
I'm planning to do more detailed spreadsheet once the season is over that'll compare the rookie seasons of all former champions, including age, races won, races missed, average finish, and season standings.
Many racers on your list had much shorter AMA race seasons during their careers as well.
