I may be late, but someone sent it to me and asked me to post it today. (Shrugging)

Why is he selling? He has a new deal where he gets a dollar for every time some mentions him as a replacement rider on a message board. He's upgrading to something bigger. Huh

Someone said on another board, a local rule had been passed forbidding a motocross track on the property. Is this true? if so the new owner has a lot of landscaping in front of him!

not true.
in pasco county, a conditional use permit is required.
anyone who purchases timmy's house will have to apply for one.

Cant image the mortgage payment on a 2 million dollar house, yet alone the taxes pr year.

Saltwater pools are used by athletes to train in because you are twice as bouyant in salt water than in fresh and you can do more laps. Salt water is also more dense.
I am a fishing guide and the fish seek out the saltiest water to lay thier eggs so they sit higher in water column to be washed into the estuaries and nuseries.

another advantage is sex in a salt water pool doesn't make the tip of your wiener burn.

House was probably paid off years ago...

I believe the reason being is that they want to move closer to good schools for their son.

its was my understanding that RV was going to buy it but the land the track sits on is under lease, not owned, and that the rights to use it for a SX track by RV where denied and the deal fell thru.

wrong or ?

What a jackass. Lets see some pictures or your multi million dollar mansion with a kick ass track in the back yard. If you had one you would be cultured enough not to make ignorant statements like that.
