He looked like he was riding with two flat tires.
They sure didn’t look good in the whoops last night. Craig looked really uncomfortable.
Both Husky 450s shit the bed last night...
This. A Yamaha 250 (during a time when they clearly had a significant advantage) in a regional series while being 30(?) years old.
The stars aligned for him that year, and people forget that Hunter was much closer to him than what most people remember. Both won 4 races each. Hunter had a bad one at A3 and they still finished with only 10 points difference in the standings.
Craig is obviously a fantastic rider, and looks often incredible good on a bike. But the 450 class is just a whole different animal, especially in SX when the field is healthy.

Nothing wrong against CC but he is a bit overrated in my opinion. I pick Savatgy all day over him.
I don't feel like he's been overrated. No one expected him to show up and dominate on a 450, but I think we expected a little bit more than this. That's where I'm at anyway.
He was way better on a 450 back then on the Honda, or even when he raced outdoors on the 450 Yamaha. Something just is off on the Husky, he's riding without any kind of confidence. Some of the vlogs they released last year during the early rounds looked rough, he was always in a really negative state about his own riding and performance.
I think he definitely needs a change after this season. I doubt that's the best we currently see from him. And that doesn't mean I think he should fight for podiums or top 5 finishes in a field like that, no. Just saying I think he's underperforming to his own capabilities.
He just doesn't gel with that Husky, he was pretty impressive on a Honda and Yanaha 450.
Pretty sure you will never see something great from CC anymore. I think he is mentally done.
So he was racing a 450 in the 250 class ?
He is a great rider, great Personality and has great style. But i think at this point his days of fighting for a top ten are fading. It happened to Hannah, and it happens to everyone if you stay in the game just a little too long
I had Craig, Turner and Bloss. All DNF’d.
Seriously hate this stupid game 😒
Two pages of posts and still nobody actually knows what happened to him in the main?
Everyone just waiting their family vlog to tell that secret.
The fact that there has been no press release of Craig's main event DNF and what went down makes me think that I'm correct in assuming that this Onesie style gear was a bad idea.
The vid and pictures of him in that one piece unit dislayed the extremely restraining position of his ...ummm, scuze me..his manhood...there is no way that was comfortable.
Bad idea? I dunno...but he pulled off...no blood in the Zubb.
In case you missed it in his Good, Bad and Ugly piece Lewis cleared up very succinctly what happened to Christian Craig:
"A handful of athletes were dealt mental blows, rather than physical, which is no way to start a new term. Someone like Christian Craig of Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing must feel like he can do no right, as he seems to be knocked back whenever he seems poised to make a step forward. See his crash in Glendale for proof of that theory. It would be troublesome to maintain a positive mindset with consistent opposition."
lol
I guess for the time being we'll just go with Boomslang's theory . . .
If they made me wear a monkey suit like that my confidence would be shit too.
One of the 732 post-race videos/podcasts that I consumed this week said Turner broke his hip and pelvis. I think it was actually ML512 and Lewis on their review who discussed it.
Pit Row
So what happened to Craig? I've read this thread and I'm none the wiser 🤷
He does have a great style on the bike when he's comfortable with it and he could still do very well outdoors on the 450, maybe indoors with some actual time to adjust.
If the onesie taught us anything, it's that even if he's laid up injured again, at least he's laid up with a big bank balance and a big ol' dick, could be worse 😂
With how fast pros ride that may be just a displaced testy.
You seem to have a very unhealthy interest in CCs crotch, first you post several pics of him and even pics of him with it circled and now making sure you bring it up in this thread, what gives ?
I don’t think it had anything to do with the gear. He used to pull off the track a lot in the past.
I’m with you LB, starting to get a little creepy
According to the experts here he hates and looks slow on the husky. Hope that helps.
I saw broken pelvis on his mom’s IG post. Kids first SX race and ends like that. Hope he comes back stronger than he came in
I don't know how everyone is forgetting how good he's already been on a 450
He may have stepped on a Boot in his hotel room, in the middle of the night, tweaking his knee….
Nothing gives, I just having some fun...
Craig has a great sense of humor and the boys have been indulging in some grabass with him.
I'm sorry if you can't see the funny side of that.
Most saw the funny side but you kept at it which is just creepy. Surprised you didn't post the pic again
“…& there’s Cristian Craig!!!!… (scans lists of accomplishments) An ex teammate to the Lawrence bro’s!!!”
It’s getting absolutely ridiculous.
