If Tee shirt guy would have pulled that crap at a Houston area track I doubt he’d be allowed back and word would have got around.   Not only that most of these track owners know each other.  I bet phones would have rang.  His temper might have put the brakes on his kids racing future around here, but that just a guess.

Hahaha True story.

I'm much more tolerant of a bigger dude of which I am one than a large Marge.

So this happened to my kid earlier this year at Albany MX. No fists were thrown, but I did go talk to the kid and his "supervisor" later since his parents weren't there. Told him that we allow this one time (still not 100% sure if there was intent or if he just ran out of talent) but that if he did it again there would be consequences. He wouldn't look me in the eye, and didn't say much, but it hasn't happened again. Sorry no yellow shirts or anything, maybe next time. Smile

You threw a fit about a 9mph racing incident in c class? Sheesh. Def need a yellow shirt next time, or there will be consequences!

Didn't throw a fit. Saw it as an educational moment for a young rider. That was it. No threats were made in any form. It's C class, and riders make mistakes all over the place. Best to learn from them and not repeat them. Sheesh, drama much?

You say in your 1st message that "if this happens again there will be consequences". Sorry but that is a threat, going into someone else's pits to "have a talk" with a kid will get you knocked out in most parts of the country. Shit happens on the track and it should be left on the track. Maybe park the helicopter and let your kid be a kid or take up lawn darts.

Nah, he would have gotten his ass kicked. My son is about this age and I know for a fact if this would have happened to any of the parents kids I know, this would not have ended good. I honestly can not think of one guy including myself that would not have seriously fked this guy up.

(and no, I’m not a badass, but I have plenty of things in my reach that could help get the job done). 😂

This is beyond relatable for all of us. I've seen 15 years olds act like isis on their 250fs and unfortunately the parents gotta take a 1-2 bc they know an adult can't do anything. Drives me crazy

Would have been better to let the kids handle it like we did before there where helicopter parents. Fuk the gooofball and the cheap shot tackle. If you are going to go hands on with the dude for kicking over your bike be a man about it.

Ever notice how we don't normalize positive stuff anymore.

Full context also matters, she wasn't shown on a video being a complete jackass.

Not sure if anyone’s said this yet or not. However, if you sport a Ktm team shirt to your kids local C race, you should be banned from the track regardless..

How does that fat ass have any teeth left after going and kicking that kid over. I’m all about letting the kids settle it on the track because that’s how we did it but I guarantee you if you did that to my kid it would be on.

This one has almost everything. Mini dad with KTM pit shirt and hat, kid with “cowboy” on his jersey, mom with some heavies barely contained in her shirt getting into a high nip slip risk situation, other kid with bass pro shirt and a baseball cap sitting like a top hat getting as close as possible to rubberneck, illegible screaming, dad getting tossed and pausing briefly to replace aforementioned KTM hat. All packaged and presented by an Instagram account called Ryder’s mom with a non celebrity press release caption talking about the event as if it is at all important.

score: 8.2/10
