Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
If Diffey was American he would be Ralph Shaheen. It has nothing to do with the accent.
She's kinda "meh" for me.
I liked Ashley Reynard....wish they would have kept her on instead of bringing back Screeech.
I think Haley Shanley does a great job on RDL, she has a moto background. Bump her up to the night show!
Noone will ever compare to Jenny Taft IMHO.
All up on his tailpipe.
This series is the formula E of moto

I like Ralph and Fro
Malin is the benchmark for moto commentary. He's knowledgeable, precise, and knows how to use space and brevity to give his words and observations extra emphasis.
Has nothing to do with where he's from or his accent. Never even crossed my mind. It's more of the abrupt yelling for no reason and trying too hard to make something out of nothing. I get it that he has a job to do, but it's over the top most times and makes him sound like a carnival barker... this is just my opinion. And he needs to stop saying "works bikes", no works bikes racing AMA in the U.S. SINCE 1986.
I will add that Ralph can be cringy, but he's just less annoying than your boy... IMO
BTW, if you ever watch Below Deck, those Aussie chicks are smokin' hot and the Aussie accent makes it even better
I wondered why the broadcast sounded professional and tolerable.
Hopefully all the us series remove the inadequate announcers too.
Weege is by far our best play-by-play guy because he lives and breathes this shit. He's one of us.
I will say that James' insight from the booth on things like bike set up and race strategy has been insightful and very impressive.
I'm not going to say anything bad about anyone else.
Bonus take: Emig's ability to overcome a speech impediment to become a professional broadcaster makes it impossible to not root for him. I'd like to see him back in the booth any day.
And twice on sunday. Only announcer I haven't liked.. Outside of him I feel like some people just need to have something to bitch about.
Just for fun, how many none-americans love Weege job in the booth as much as the americans does?
i for one can’t stand his crappy job compared to professionals that comment other motor events like MXGP, F1 or Moto GP that i follow.
Am i the only one to feel this way outside of us?
Yep…Jenny had it all. Professionalism, knowledge of the sport…and she was/is HOT!
I saw her on a football broadcast last weekend and she is an absolute delight. Too good for moto!
"Hoover, he was a body remover..."
Haley Shanley does great with Snowcross as well.

I'm an American, but I'll weigh in here to maybe help non-Americans understand why many of us think Weege is the best. It's not about their accents or even the sound of their voices.
His knowledge of American Supercross/Motocross is encyclopedic. He can see something happen on the track and, on the fly, reference a race from 2014, or the career of Ron Lechien, or something.
Leigh Diffey can't do that, and that's not a knock against Leigh. He's just got other sticks in the fire to tend to.
I don't miss a race on TV, and Weege remembers shit that even I forgot. Just about everybody else on the broadcasts can't seem to remember how many wins Eli has this season.
Weege is our Paul Malin. He is the pinnacle of this sport as far as knowledge and play by play skills go. He is able to work with anyone from all ages to backgrounds to walks of life and do a strong job. Last year they plugged in new commentators every round and he was pretty much still flawless.
Malin does the same and works with a wide variety of commentators and can always make it sound good. He was honestly great this weekend at WSX. Superb. I really hope they lean into the MXGP influence in this series. It makes it honestly feel like a different product instead of “US SX light”.
That should be the target niche for this series. To blend Euro/AU and US moto/supercross into something that is going to look different than what we already get 17 rounds of in the US. Obviously, Abu Dhabi wasn’t that, but I honestly think it was a decent building block all things considered
