Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
No but it’s certainly on my list. This years line up would definitely make it worth it!
It came up short... But it was still better than watching Cornhole. I thought Friese was a bit over the top. Really disliked the double row starts. With the success of "outdoor" SX, they totally missed the boat not building the tracks in a soccer stadium.
Say what you want about it being a second rate series or whatever, but looking at both classes almost everybody on the gate is a recognizable name. The top guys are genuine world class sx riders as well. If the races were made up of random ass names nobody has ever heard of b4 nobody would give a shit. Getting to watch Roczen, Savatgy, and Deano bang it out with Friese on a random november weekend where theres no other racing going on… count me in! I really enjoyed the races and theres definitely potential here.
I would like to see Weston Peick explain racing etiquette to Friese again, you know with his fists.

and getting a block pass on his own and cutting the track to stay in front is cool too 🙄
There has to be video of this somewhere.
Friese, employee of the month.
Does exactly what he's asked to do.
The SX series and pro outdoors don't have anything to worry about.
Nor does arenacross.
If it still exists, roller derby might want to keep an eye out for what is definitely competition.
Def not a fan of them promoting “epic carnage”
What would you say if I told you two years ago that Vince Friese would either save or destroy WSX.....
3:55 mark gets pretty funny
Who is Reese? and that info is right below your picture dumb ass.
“Just want to let everyone know I’m crying right now.” 😂
As close as Deano gets to telling Friese to go fuck himself.
Friese is trash for the sport. It isn't complicated or really up for debate. Rarely if ever will so many people call out the same guy for the same shit. You really think they're all wrong?
I wish next round Kenny would roll around in last and say fuck you guys for this clown show now where's my check?
I really like Adam Bailey. Know him and Sando through the Aus X.. Loved that event and had really high hopes for WSX b/c of the history of the AusX and still do(sorta). They do know how to put on a show, but I think the real downfall was trying to take their business too big when they partnered with Tony Cochran from V8 Supercars. He was probably the one that pushed to move to a series in Oceania, the AusX leaving Syndey, etc.. Sando and Bailey were already onto something big before they brought him in.
Look the concept of WSX was great because it gave guys another chance and fantastic opportunity to make bank, and it also serves to introduce the sport to new eyes around the world. I hope it finds it's place in the schedule of the season otherwise it dies imho. But if it can't create a safe and raceable track, and it can't adjudicate the event with any standards then it cannot claim it to be what it purports to be. The Friese thing is a complete joke as is this press conference. He should have been kicked out of the series and in not doing so only reinforces the idea of frontier justice. The juicy rationalization of "I'm racing for a living" statement implies he is the only one doing it, like a guy like Joey isn't for fuck sake. But they will get out of Friese what they are willing to tolerate and he will keep doing it until he pays a price that gives him pause to stop doing it, and so far that hasn't happened from WSX itself or his competitors.
Pit Row
The fact there are like 3 people in the press conference is comical again. Friese comes off as more of a douche in the presser than on the track. Anyone defending him should watch the first 9 min of this.
Wsx hoping to show winds of change in the program and all the gave was a circus. It was a pathetic showing of an event, the wild west shit with friese with no rule enforcement at all, but dq'd his teammate for something minor. This series doesnt deserve any recognition in our industry if this is the product given to the end consumers.
In three years time, it will be an e bike series. I’d almost be willing to bet that.
Wtf was that
Bring on Melbourne, best event I’ve been to
Adelaide?
TV coverage was ok, better than WSX this weekend.
The event at the track was actually really really good. Have not spoken to one person who was there that did not enjoy the night. The only real negative thing I heard was there was not enough racing and not enough of the support classes, but that came from those who didn't buy VIP tickets, so didn't get to see Qualifying which was also the same time the Heats were ran for the support classes.
Sounds a bit like this weekend, from all accounts the fans at the track loved the event.

So what? Friese just took the Joker Lane.
For the record, I did not/will not watch these races as they are a complete mockery of the sport.
Whatever people think of Friese...he is spot on with his opening comments....
"I mean I I think if you put a bunch of money on the line like we have here and put us on an arena across track, I think that's that's the way it's going to go. At least for me this is how I make a living. I'm not here to just ride around and have fun, I'm here to here to make some money and pay my bills so that's that's what we're doing. We're battling for for position and if these guys want to want to take it easy they can take it easy, but I'm going to race hard."
I don't like or dislike Friese, on camera he comes across as unlikeable. No idea what he's like outside of the limelight. I do respect the heart, the drive and the brutal honesty. Friese is the Honey badger, he don't give a shit.
Rubbin in racing.... Got no issue with that unless someone purposefully tries to hurt someone.
As to the penalty/off track thing being discussed (I did not see it)...it's not up to Vince to enforce the rules. The officials let him keep 3rd. This is another reason these races are a mockery.
Out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on cross jumping? I didn’t grow up in the 70s/80s. Was cross jumping common then? Didn’t see it during the 90s but definitely saw some bar banging which, like all the riders have mentioned, is perfectly acceptable.
Since lots of you don't seem to know (which is quite normal since nothing was made clar about results), Friese actually WAS penalized. Lightly.
He lost two spots in both the first and third moto.
BTW, he's just a symptom of how crappy this championship is, overall, not the cause.
Someone on here said it best years ago in regards to cross jumping.... (I remembered the post, had to search for it)
"Let me be perfectly clear for y'all. If you're in front, it's your fucking track. All of it. From tuff block to turf block. You can go whereever the fuck you want to go. Swerve side to side, stomp on the damn brakes, jump the jumps from where you want to, whatever you want. The guy behind is responsible to get past you, period."
I will only add this: Got a problem with it....get a better start.
