Do you seriously think a professional athlete would come onto this platform to cry to the fans why don’t you like me? Pro athletes are trained and coached by high level pros on how to keep their mind clean, clear, and not clutter their thoughts and emotions with unnecessary negativity. Of course athletes don’t want to be hated but at the end of the day - racing is what pays the bills whether it’s through results or sponsorship money. Not just this sport but most others. I can’t imagine Vince, or any other pro racer needing to sneak on here to whine about fans not accepting him.

The problem with that is that Vince is a really good rider. Most often is the case that dirty riders are dirty because they don’t have the speed or pace. Vince is fast when he’s not brake checking and he knows everybody wants to punt him, so he rides really good defensively as well.

I’ll say this… it sure was fun rooting for Savatgy to punt him and Deano too.
Being in Abu Dhabi was a little bit different. It sounded like monastery music, while they waved camel whips around, but it was some of our favorite motocross names, sending it…what’s not to like about that? I enjoyed it, next up, Bercy!

I just wish when he shows up for SX, and goes to sign in, Feld would just deny him from entering the race. Basically starting a lifetime ban that he doesn’t find out about until right then. That’s the only rider I’ve ever even considered something like that for.

I definitely agree with this, idk y these guys are so scared to take him out. Hes so comfortable riding like a jackass because nobody ever pays him back. Deano should have punted him one race and Joey in the other and then he gets 2 shitty finishes and his nights over… pretty simple. Watching savatgy hiding 50 feet behind friese not even willing to go near him that last race was a puss move. He should have cleaned him tf out and kept it moving.
When Barcia took out Bogle, Bogle hung back and waited for him to come around and then blasted him off the track and destroyed his race. Barcia got the freaking message. Using kid gloves with Vince isnt working, they need to punt him into the stands.

The funny thing is (probably wrong adjective), despite all Friese’s shenanigans, consistent poor sportsmanship and regular stepping over the line, no one has really dealt with it.
Not Feld, not the AMA, not WSX, not his team or sponsors, not even the other riders. Although a few riders have tried, ultimately none has made any difference.
It’s about time one of the powers that be did their job. And by that, I mean WSX/ FIM in the short term and Feld/ AMA if he lines up next year.
We all know Friese' antics, and that's ok. "Hard racing", some would say. But getting punted out the track and not giving the position back, then influencing the rest of the race, that should be a big NO. I can't imagine what Joey what thinking in his helmet.
VF does the archenemy job extremely well, unfortunately the powers that be like that as part of the show.
