Random American Arenacross... probably an illusion, but the track looks bigger.

Did Vince take Kenny down ? Seen Roczen go down on his own but did not watch the races.

No. He was blocking him pretty aggressively (which you would expect from the race leader) but Kenny just got too aggressive going inside on a flat slick corner and dumped it.

Hahaha

Was that a race in the local hockey rink? Cannot have been larger Smile

Arena cross, parking lot cross, WSX... apprarently the same. Btw, what If you paid Kenny a large sum to jump a few jumps in a hotel parkinglot when the Singapore F1 is there? Some brrap braap so those who are not interested in F1 could watch dirt jumping? There is a lot of money in Singapore!

Even if I live in Sweden, SX, SMX all the way, they at least choose stadiums and large theathers.

Max and Kenny must be super proud, running the premier series in the premier stadiums...

Edit: to be fair, didn't watch much, when I saw it was tight arena cross I turned it off... maybe it was a great show after all...who knows.

Over & out!

Id rather watch 20 laps of 35 second lap times in our U.S SX series than ever follow this series start to finish. It absolutely sucks. Format, production, tracks. Absolutely horrible.

Its funny in Vinces post race interview he was like “its just clean racing nobodys t-boning anyone” so I guess that means in a round about way he admits that what he did to Christain was dirty and out of bounds?

The lap times on that track are possibly shorter . A combination of the lighting and perspective from that turn and straightway being wider makes it look bigger I think .

Does anybody still think this thing is actually "good for the sport" in any way?

Do you feel it's a good showcase to "grow the sport"?

As a live event in a part of the world that has never seen AX/SX, yes.

I'm willing to give WSX every chance, but this event as the first one back was rough after all the time off.

Oh, sorry, btw... where (and when) did tomorrow's race discreetly disappear?

C'mon guys, we need Vince Friese on the series, the more evil the villain is, the better the movie is, we need to create storylines, like the UFC dude!

Screenshot 20231104-194713 X

Seriously, a series that uses "Carnage" as a way to promete the event (See Maverick post a few pages back) in a Sport where injuries (And serious injuries) are commonplace is tasteless, guys like Friese are a hazard and shouldn't be allowed to race proffesionally unless he decides to race clean without putting the rest of the riders in danger, but well, that way he wouldn't be the "supervillian" the series wants him to be.

Matt getting the job done, good luck for tonight 👍

Very weird / oddly proportioned layout, not sure what to make of it all to be honest, hope these guys get through it healthy and get a pay cheque, I guess I'll leave it at that.

IMG 0590In Australia half our SX tracks are small, we call Arenacross a more rounded of jump sx track for juniors or less ability riders, our Arenacross tracks can be on big oval stadiums and two minutes long

Friese needs to be dq’d from the series. It is entertaining but man he is such a hazard out there. Savatgy trying to reason with the guy after the race is completely futile, the guy has shown us 100x he doesn’t care.

It looks like I'm potentially going and I'm VERY interested to observe the changes/improvements since Birmingham.

I expect some significant and noteworthy changes!

So, Lewis, are you impressed by the improvements?

Friese is the only thing the series has going for it now. Looks like the big fish in the small pond ,Kroc is just another guppie at least at this race.

Lewis will say some things improved but some areas still to improve.

It was an f’n disaster though and someone needs to say it. I want it to be a good offseason series for me as I’m obsessed with dirtbikes so I hope they figure it out. I don’t want it To fail but the quality is below both our Arenacross series at this point.

I didn't laugh as much since a long time. It was entertaining, really nice for the off season. I was waiting for 30 minutes (please make it 15/15/20 laps when the track is that short/tight) for someone to punt Freise and it didn't happen. He is protecting well and honestly he is playing perfectly the super villain show. Without Freise it would have been much less entertaining for sure. It was fun to watch and baring a lil mistake he should have won. Now I am also super bummed no one managed to send him to Australia directly, I was honestly quite rooting for anyone behind, but it was fun. His interview is probably the best SX/UFC one I have ever heard. I gained a ton of respect for him from this real trash talk, just putting oil on fire, this one could be a good meme for the next 10 years. Thank you for keeping us in full vitard mode. The dude is not scared for a bit while for instance he technically took a nice t-bone from deano who is like a hippo, 1.95m/95 kilos lol, rolled around actually outside of the track, and stayed in front of him. LMFAO, that was gold. Magical. The dude could not care less. But I would be a rider, of course I would be upset and my only goal in life would be his front wheel, I think we were all waiting for a t-bone from the future, like a next level one and it is just the game. Honestly, this event was great quite thanks to him and it takes some to play that way, so probs to him and his team who is not afraid either. Now let us bring on Paris SX, that is gonna be fun too ! Not everyone will be happy with this post, I could care less, and ask just the simple question, did you get excited during the races ?

This whole Reed & WSX relationship is funny at this point. I can only imagine how harsh he would be on them if he wouldn't be on the pay roll.

Great example that money rules. Considering that Chad is known for being one of the most outspoken and no fucks given type of guys in the whole industry.

This is doing nothing for Reed's reputation.  Why would anyone be a paid shill for WSX when they have as much money as he does?
