Oh, crap! I had no idea he even crashed. Not a huge Barcia fan, but I hate to see anybody get hurt. Hope he can heal up 100% for the SX series.

how did you miss the crash … he was in the lead and they replayed it like 15 times!

He looked damn good before that crash. Like him or hate him,his style and don’t give a shit attitude is sure fun to watch when he’s on the gas.

Big fan of the most recent, post-baby, evolution of Barcia.

Still fast and loose but not randomly cleaning dudes out like an idiot. Seems to be working better for him, besides these injuries.

Sucks to hear it's gone that badly for him, it looked gnarly but hoped it wasn't so bad, it's more exciting with him there for sure.

Pretty simple. If you missed the race (like me)...you missed the crash.

So super cross hasn't even started just a hybrid super cross and how many have been claimed already?? The outdoors are something an average guy can relate to and are sooo much better. Barcia, Hunter, Dylan, Hammaker, Anderson, Sexton, and some kid rag dolled bad - not sure name?

As entertaining as this minor series was… what is more dangerous than normal SX? How about high speed SX! This can’t be sustainable…… flame on…..

I was really looking forward to see this guy in Paris.. and to be honest I was expecting that if someone was going to be hurt at SMX its gonna be him.

Currently I have a few broken ribs a bad broken collarbone a beat up lung and a bit of air in my chest once the air clears it’s way out we can get surgery and on the recovery train.

 

Barcia was really on it when he crashed out of SX last year.   Fastest we've seen him in years.

Seems that he’s in good spirits at least

It’s a cruel sport - looking at that crash, he could have been just “winded”, but he was badly hurt. 

Like everyone - hoping he comes back as strong as ever, and soon as he can.

that collapsed Lung is no joke and it probably hurts to breathe. No fun to be on the receiving end of the BAM
