At the moment he is at least the 3rd best guy in US. I think you could argue that he is equal to Sexton or even better. Incredible and very pleasing to witness!

If you stop to actually think about it, at different times Roczen has been the main competition for Dungey, Tomac, Webb, and now Jett, while all are at the top of their game. Only a fool would write him off.

Ha I hadn’t thought of that comparison, but damn straight, there’s a lot of similarities.

There’s a lot of parallels.  Won a few titles, racked up a bunch of race wins, had the big factory rides and now experiencing a resurgence in his late 20’s on a private/factory support team.

Yeah, as long as you don't have to listen to him whining, all is fine.

Best he's been since injury easily, It just shows how much his body was suffering trying to race every year post injury, I hope it continues.

I still maintain he came back way too soon from those injuries, he probably feels the same in hindsight

Stating things as they are is not whining.  Some don't like Kenny and that is fine, but the guy has been through some hell and crawled back. At the very least is deserves some respect so idiots like yourself don't spout of just because you can. These guys are hauling the mail.

When you go back and look at where he was just a few short years ago with his arm injuries and watch him last night breathing down the neck of maybe the biggest prodigy the sport has ever seen it is frigging amazing to me. I was rooting for him big time to get the win!

It’s an awesome comeback story.

If anyone can adopt Jett's technique, I think it's Roczen. He can pick apart the most technical tracks. I think he lost a bit of his technical style over the years, but hopefully, Jett helps him bring it back.

Where would he go though? With his Red Bull deal it's pretty hard... eliminates Kawi, Husky, Star, obviously not going back to Honda..you think hed go back to KTM? I bet he stays right where he is. He meshes with that Suzuki..why leave?

It didn't help right after the comeback having the other arm injury with weeb and adding a few more surgerys. That 2016-2017 year roczen was looking like jett is now.

I think he's calling the shots and Larry Brooks does all he can to accommodate. I think he gets a direct response without having to deal with corporate layers. It's probably the best scenario for a veteran like him. Kind of his own race team without the headaches.

In the past roczens problem was he would get past and not even put up a fight to come back or make an aggressive pass and once the main guys got him he would instantly drop back pretty far. It seems like that's not the case anymore and he can push it all the way to the checkers. I think we all knew chase and jett and put that kind of time on the restbofnthe field but I didn't expect roczen to be up there every week and the put 38 seconds on webb back both motos.

Stating things as they are: Daddy sounds like he's forty five, is complaining a lot, has excuses for everything, still thinks he's DA sh*t and is a sore loser. Do we need a new Chad Reed? Oh well, probably.

I'm really happy Lawrence showed him his present was just that, a present.

Can you clarify what “DA sh*t means?

Not only that him and the honda never fully meshed. I heard from a few people about it. But how do you leave factory honda when they stick by you while your down and not sure you can get another factory ride with the same pay. Just like we saw with Marc Marquez in motogp. Not ready then the bikes no good. Hard to walk away from a big payday and a team that has stood by you.

Just look at his bitching on instagram from last weekend, or when he was in Pulp talking about Jett don’t know how to loose.

i have always been a Ken fan when it comes to his riding style, but when he throws his tantrum on instagram, telling fans to suck his d*ck etc he just looks mentally weak and whiny

I'm thinking about Monster scaling down or Red Bull kicking him out... In Europe, Kawasaki and Monster isn't a deal anymore this makes that Monster Energy (France?) puts his logo on Febvre and Seewer can ride with Cecemelk Energy for whatever. The Monster crew wants also a piece from the new Triumph team... and with the new bosses at Red Bull they seem to diverse more in their sponsorships. Don't be surprised that the Alpha Tauri team gets another sponsor. Because a fashion brand shouldn't be part of a energy drink (Adidas is interested in buying the brand Alpha Tauri). New bosses new insights...

His health seems to of turned a corner, looked at his lap chart from second moto and he was 1:08's from start to last lap with Jett. Impressive

Once you become a dad, the dad super powers come in. Ain’t no quit in Kenny. That’s our households rider of choice to always root for when he’s racing

I agree completely.  It's a symbiotic relationship.  Kenny needed a team willing to listen and provide.  Larry needed a credible rider.

Win/win for both of them.  It's called "team work".

Someone in the KR94 camp is brilliant!

Showing up at the podium after a win with a kickstarter = Kickstart Kenny

And now 1+1=3 is brilliant
