He looked amazing last night. If he has this mental thing figured out and doesn’t make silly mistakes while leading, he’s the favorite for 24 no question.

I’m pretty sure settings held Jett back yesterday and he will be back on top. Chase better make the most of the next 2 rounds on the Honda. He’ll have a lot of testing to do with the KTM before he is at his current speed..

The new messiah needs excuses now? He got beat. Simple. Sx ain't mx
You mean 2 - 0. Just like Jett was 22 - 0 in MX. Motos…not overall. Also…HRC Hondas once again had front end wash out issues…3 I can think of ….but it wasn’t Chase! 2 I saw from Hunter and 1 from Jett in practice. Oh the irony.
Can he do it, absolutely. Will he do it? Nope. 4 more motos with no tip over while Jett on his his ass or leading. If I were playing odds I would bet against it all day long. Jet got bad starts, first ones in 22 motos? If Jett holeshot we likely would not be having this conversation. I like Sexton I’m a KTM guy own a 2016 350 but I do not see it happening. Hope he proves me wrong.
I’m still trying to work out how he’s the inaugural SMX race winner, yet they listed past champions…..
I watched a rant on YouTube someone showing a triumph release video and RC claiming to be 15 times SMX champion and the rant was going on about it to that there has never been an SMX and here is RC claiming 15 titles….
Edit: In all seriousness though, I'm happy Chase won. He earned this.
Did you even watch outdoors? Missing 6 guys all summer. Here we're missing only like 3 now. Jett had it easy. Jett found out what really happens in the big boy class. Not bike settings problem, it was a speed problem.
We’re conducting a survey and would appreciate your input. Your answers will help Vital and the MX industry better understand what riders like you want. Survey results will be used to recognize top brands. Make your voice heard!

He’s won one in a row.

Makes about as much sense as a 3 round world championship play off series held in one continent lol.
The world championship is the MXDN!

I just hope he's comfortable on the KTM
Jett let him win. He’ll lose the next two rounds, unless Jett wants to work on suspension settings or something.
Rookie.
Perfect inaugural season, maybe.

They can’t help themselves. These is NO precious SMX Champion if you go by their own explanation of the series and how it was created…and WHEN.
As to the OP’s question: If Sexton doesn’t Sexton…yes, he could sweep the Inaugural SMX Championship Series.
SMX is fake news. Apparently RC has already won it 13 times according to the broadcast.
Yeah they need to drop that “championship” branding. It has achieved its purpose; no need to make it something it isn’t.
Rookie hahahahahha!
Yep, the two championships have been decided for 2023.
These are merely post season $$$ races.
And...
They are not playoffs.
Nobody is eliminated .
Nor are they mergers like, the ABA/NBA, IRL/CART etc...

Kenny’s settings are on Kenny.
Jason’s settings are on Jason.
Etc, etc., etc…
Pfft big deal...most depleted field ever.

He looked so good. Then I was like shit I hope he gels with the KTM

I reckon he can do it.
Well he’s undefeated so…

Time will tell...
Are we calling three races a season now?

That's one more than the 2022 FIM World Supercross Championship
