I liked seeing them show Hunter taking the Championship and Jo taking the win at Ironman in his last video. Nice little nod to what Hunter has accomplished, regardless of the mid-season banter. A little back and forth is good for the sport and I enjoyed some of the aggressiveness we saw and heard from Haiden this year at times. Kudos to him on an incredible rookie season. For a kid at his age, overall, I’m thoroughly impressed! Kid is a stud.
If it was indeed a genuine gesture then mad props to him. He will get his due soon enough, he is fast as hell. I don’t think showing some arrogance in a heated battle is bad as long as it does not get personal.
I'm going to get downvoted to hell, but if a person is making a documentary of sorts about their life and competing in a championship, then if they are going to show themselves winning they should be showing others winning too. I don't really think we should give a pat on the back to someone for doing the right thing.
I hope he matures a lot more before supercross next year. The kid is talented and I want to root for him, he's super good.
S/O to his producer for being professional

I feel sorry for your kids/future kids.

You do realize that we as a society hold PROFESSIONAL RACERS to a different standard than little kids? My jaw is literally on the floor.
vitard hypocrites, Downvoting a thread with this subject matter. Jackyls, I don't feel sorry for future generations of kids, I feel sorry for you beta's who can't read an opinion you disagree with and just ignore it
Clicks is clicks Bro.
I just noticed the logo for their show has a grammatical mistake. It reads, "The Deegan's," which means "something belongs to The Deegan" or "The Deegan is."
Just me doing my policing.
The kids got what it takes and now he knows what to expect. Unless he throws it away I see him winning SX and National titles pretty easily.
Stay in school, kids.

People using apostrophes to denote plural really bothers me. Especially when you're trying to appear professional, so I support this comment wholeheartedly
Relax not everyone is an "alpha" like you. It's up or down votes on a thread. It's not that serious.
Never miss an opportunity to start arguing on Vital! Haha genuine or not we will never know, but the fact is it is there on his YT video and you can take that as you will. Deegan was a very impressive rookie with a typical IMO up and down rookie season, although his highs and lows were much more dramatic than most expected. Regardless he will be one of if not the top 250 guy for a few years. It will be interesting to see if his riding style matures along with him cause Barcia is the only guy I have seen make it work consistently and he has Zero titles to show for it.
You meant plural's?
Count me in. Class move to include the footage, but yeah, as a grizzled old magazine editor -- back when that was a thing -- it does bug the shit out of me that no one gives one good goddam about being able to spell anymore, yet alone simple grammar.
There is a fucking difference between a plural and a possessive. It's not that hard for even a layman to keep it straight. FFS, some people would put an apostrophe next to any "S" let alone a word that ends with one... and well... they're just fucking stupid.
But we live in a world now where none of that matters. There are dudes who will stare at the numbered keys to find the 7, then reach for the shift key to type "&" when it's just three damn letters to type out "and." (And yes, youngsters, the goddam period always goes inside the quotation mark at the end of the sentence. I know, I know, you take pride in being borderline illiterate. Good for you.)
Anyway, was reading this thread whilst having my dinner, and left it alone, but then was watching the latest Stew review -- which features Chad Reed this week, and is a really good watch -- and yet...
So, yeah.
Public school’s are a real bitch these days, man. 😂
Yep”. 😆😆😆🍻
Oakley is making beef stew now. It comes from Ironman. What's the problem?
Pit Row
Show me on the doll where someone touched you. Improper spelling and grammatical errors are what this home schooled sport is all about.
The apostrophe in Stew's is grammatically incorrect officer.
incredible rookie season by deegan ...if there a was a textbook way forward for a rookie turning pro we just witnessed it.
As a hunta fan , deegan made the season so much more interesting!
wish him well next year ( be a regular podium guy) but Jo should be the favourite outdoors .
Jo should've been the favorite this year (remember he beat hunter and Cooper last year), but he still choked. Seems like he crumbles under the pressure when it's on. Imo, Deegan will make the leap and be on another level of aggression and composure Shimoda can't match next year.
yeh...i hear you but .........Jo was coming back from injury and the bike wasn't great for most of his season,
I am expecting abit more from jo @ HRC (assume he'll be training with chance ,jett etc) and he'll be more "the #1 guy".in 250's as opposed to PC....perhaps Oshow will be involved as well?
Deegan should be a certain top 3 based on this year..barring injury ..maybe co -favourites?
If he didn't just go 1:1 in the last moto I'd somewhat agree with you.
Another factor is he will be on the Honda 250 next year which is a notoriously mediocre starter.
(And yes, youngsters, the *****m period always goes inside the quotation mark at the end of the sentence. I know, I know, you take pride in being borderline illiterate. Good for you.)
I will not put a period to the left of the quotation mark at the end of a sentence unless what's between the pair of quotation marks is a sentence.
If this is the rule, then the scholars are wrong. Tell them I said so, and if they don't like it, they'll have to debate me.
What belongs between the quotation marks is what a person said. If what they said was a sentence, end it with a period. If not, then don't. Then properly terminate the sentence that includes the quote, because a sentence should always end in period, exclamation mark, etc...
So, this is proper:
When Dungey said "I'm super pumped to be racing again.", RC said "It's about time!".
The following is improper because the sentence isn't terminated:
Dungey said "I'm super pumped to be racing again."
