Klay Thompson tore his Achilles a year ago, and he just hit 8 threes in a NBA playoff game a few days ago. Running up and down the court at full speed with zero issues. Eli will be fine.

It's the time off and his age. I seriously doubt you will see Eli put the effort to go full training mode again after a year layoff. Only to come back and face one of the fastest 450 classes we've seen in a while. Chase could be in full on beast mode, as could Jett and maybe even Hunter, plus who knows else.

Ridiculous to think Eli could get another 21 wins even without the injury. You are literally asking a guy to get 40% of his current win total after the age of 30 (actually after 31 because the next possible SX race he will be 31). You are basically expecting the guy to continue his career winning pace for the next 5 years.
